He's a special talent. Virtuoso playing. Great singer. Excellent songwriter. Along with a handful of other young artists, he's turning bluegrass on its head.
I’m a musician/guitar player this song is so sweeeeet, these gentleman are so good. Every now and then a guitar player comes around to remind you that you’ve got a lot to learn. Great song, I guess I’m a bluegrass fan and didn’t know it.

Pretty sure the title refers to smoking meth off of tinfoil... thus the resulting "turmoil."
(If you've listened to Dust in a Baggie, he's clearly singing about methamphetamine, so I can only guess that that is what this song is about)
