We just came back from our trip to the Redwoods/Crater Lake/Glacier/Theodore Roosevelt! Theodore Roosevelt honestly surprised me with how pretty it was! And finding the wild horses was my fave when we were there! I was too nervous about running into a Buffalo on the trail to do hiking there. Lol 😂 but it’s beautiful! Love the vlog! Subscribed. 💕
THAT! WAS! IN! SANE! So Cool!!!! I thought it was going to be boring, but NO WAY! Thanks for the video. We found it while planning this summer's travels.
In my opinion, the Painted Canyon in TRNP is one of the coolest and most beautiful interstate rest stops in the entire country! It is most definitely worth the stop. However, I believe that it’s only open from around May to October. There’s a short, but moderately strenuous, nature trail off the west side of the parking lot. The nature trail is less than a mile and a half long. So it’s a family friendly trail for most. The nature trail has amazing views, several petrified trees, and some really good wildlife. We saw numerous bison, some mule deer, and a small herd of wild horses while on the trail. Painted Canyon is a great place to stop for an hour or two to break up a road trip on I-94. Moreover, the Painted Canyon stop is an admission free area of the national park.
LOL! It's such a rush! They are SOO big, and you can hear them grunting. It's scary but so cool at the same time. I'm sure your hubby's truck with be just fine 😉 Have so much fun! Enjoy!
I have been to North Dakota but didn’t make it to this park. Next time for sure! Have you ever been to Bonanzaville? It’s a historical town that you can explore and it looks like a old town you would see in the old western movies! We loved it there! Feel free to check out our travel videos if your interested!
Yes, when you get back to ND..you must go! I have not been to Bonanzaville! Ill definitely have to check that out! Thanks so much for watching! I'll definitely check yours out too! 🤗
Jeanie Marie I cant wait to travel out that way once the pandemic ends! I’m from Canada so currently I’m restricted to travel in Atlantic Canada only 😕 Thanks so much for checking out my channel and can’t wait to see more of your content!
