Oh, I wish I could get this to work on mine. Draft is all messed up, keeps putting things in the wrong place. Very inconsistent.

When activating Draft WB you must be sure that the active working plane is XY. Sometimes the "Current Working Plane" tool set to AUTO is working well but sometimes it doesn't.... Anyway if grid is seen under the sketch as it is seen from the top it has to work correctly. I hope this will help you.
