“I’d never done a crazy thing in my life before that night. Why is it if a man kills another man in battle, it’s called heroic, yet if he kills a man in the heat of passion, it’s called murder?”
"Hel-lo! What do you think you're doing? Only me and Garth get to talk to the camera."
“You know, if you stab a man in the dead of winter, steam will rise up from the wounds. Indians believed it was his soul escaping from his body.”
Did he kill him with his own shoe?
Why do they come to me to die?
Well, in the end we got the 1000 brown M&Ms and Ozzy played a great show.
I still remember staying up to 3am to see SNL on the Armed Forces network when I was stationed in Egypt. I saw the Aerosmith & Tom Hanks episode and kept waking up my roommate from me laughing.
Thank you for your service.
Wow... That's so touching WELL DONE FOR GETTING THROUGH IT
You’re a mother fucking legend! 💪
Armed forces network 🤔
You were MFO? What year? I was there 98 to 99
Wayne’s World is still my favorite movie ever. Watching it is like running into an old friend, even tho it’s been years, it’s like y’all were together yesterday
A sphincter says what?
Ok but this is the show
So this is where he got the "stairs, escalator, canoe, elevator" thing for Austin Powers 😆
I was looking for this comment😂
Me too
Same here hahaha
Entendi
Tom Hanks as a roadie might be one of the most accurate portrayals ever. I was still watching him as the song kept on.
"Sybilance."
Wait thats tom hanks?
@@steveconn For ALL these years, since I was a kid, I thought he was saying "syllabus" and it never made any sense! 🤣 🤣🤣 💀💀It makes so much more sense that he was saying sibilance. lmfao I'm dying
@@mrbushwookie6051 yep
@@samthraxx. lol I thought he said syphilis 🤣
Wayne’s world is just ICONIC
WAYNES WORLD!!!
Yeah till they collabed with kardi b
I upvoted this to 68, so that someone else may get to upvote to 69....schwing!
@@iwillnotcomply6001 Still great.
Miss those days!
That drinking and driving PSA was amazing!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wayne was a famous video-blogger before that was a thing
Should do a crossover with Bayley Ginzbert
Shiwing
What?! Link please!
@@robloxmassacre I hope hope
@@chrispaige3939 God Made you special
Dana Carvey is one hell of a drummer
It's hard to believe SNL used to be this good.
Sad really…but that’s politics for you!
@@michaelreardon303 LOL. It's still good. You just got old and butthurt.
ENTIRE Ed O'Neill SNL episode is comedy gold, including the Waynes World skit as the driving instructor awesome!
Fun fact: Ed O'Neill has appeared on Wayne's World as Glenn, who never done a crazy thing before that night. Why is it that a man kills a man in battle, it's called heroics, and yet a man kills another man in the heat of passion, it's called murder...
@@bsgambati1 "Hello! What are you doing? Only me and Garth get to talk to the camera!"
@@bsgambati1 Anyway, I was thinking about filing a grievance with the Union.
Wayne's World is one of the many great things from the early 90's. Iconic. I'd be down for a 3rd film!
Nah won't work anymore.
No. Bill & Ted's proved old rockers don't work.
@@jimmygillard Never too old to rock.
@@kooi2000 Why not?
Lol these stereotypes do not exist anymore and nobody will get it other than old boomers
I had never seen SNL as a kid living in Finland, but the WW movies were a big part of my childhood. It's pretty funny seeing how the characters got their start
Mike myers actually started on British TV on a show called the Sound Asleep Club. I used to watch it 😂
When these movies were released on VHS, McDonalds did a promotion and that’s where I got my copies from. My brother and I watched them so many times, we ruined the tapes.
The original TH-camrs 🤣
THIS IS MY FAVORITE SNL COMPILATION EVER TO EXIST I AM SO HAPPY
Aerosmith commentary on socialism reminded me of when Alice Cooper gave them a history lesson on Milwaukee 🤣
Ed O'Neil was awesome in this!
It explains his role in the movie perfectly.
Probably the best running sketch besides Mr. Robinsons neighborhood
Way better than MRN!
What about Celebrity Jeopardy
@@Fondoofus5542 Good call, Celebrity Jeopardy is probably on par with Wayne's World, maybe even a bit better.
Dana playing drums is always excellent!
Tom Hanks handing out towels was pretty funny
Haha the first time Wayne says "Not!" at 1:57 it's actually a new joke, the audience takes a moment to get it before laughing.
And by Monday morning everyone at work was like "the boss is really cool, NOT!"
the original basement "podcasters" 🤘
The Aerosmith stuff at the end was fantastic.
As a kid, I would sneak watch Saturday night live on mute until I saw that cable 10 graphic, then I would turn it up to one and set real close to the TV and watch. It's one of my fondest memories of television as a kid.
Dana had some chops, remember the iconic Church Lady drum solo's? The boys from Aerosmtih were like 'damn, this freaky little nerd can play'. Fred Armisen was another SNL guy who was a decent drummer.
Yes. But Shawn Pelton is the king of SNL drummers.
Aerosmith doing that super kick ass job in Wayne's basement will never be forgotten. Excellent!!
Wayne’s World Party Time Excellent pretty much sums it up in a nutshell.
Aerosmith themselves showing up was excellence at its best❤️
The stairs/escalator etc bit that he used later in Austin Powers was 😘
PARTY ON DUDES!
Wow 1990, I remember fighting my sleep to stay up late and watch SNL with my pops and Wayne's World was our jam! The movies are still top tier to this day!!
Most excellent use of props in the drunk driving PSA 😂😂😂
Tom Hanks has been making everything gold since the beginning of time.
Finally! Been waiting forever for a collection of every Wayne's World!
The "A homo says what?" joke made my gay friend laugh so hard when we pranked others with it back in the 1990s during high school.
I see how Ed got into the movie.
I went straight to his scene, I was not disappointed.
@@Woozlewuzzleable so did I but on the way I saw Goodman lol
That's the most accurate driver's ed lecture I've ever heard in my live.
Happy Days, I'm in the UK, Wayne's World big part of our youth.
Dude, just realized they were actually playing. Love how they all looked at Garth for the cue to end haha.
Garth/Dana definitely was actually playing the drums, but Wayne/Mike dosen't actually play the guitar. Look closer at just him and you can tell he's just miming haha
Party on y’all!
We’re not worthy!! We’re not worthy!
Nice profile picture. *Zang!* 👍
Tom Hanks as a roadie is awesome!
You know you've made it as a band when Tom Hanks is your roadie.
Remembers the 90’s, tucks hair behind ear, ALL RIGHT…..
I missed the 90s by 10 years. :(
It’s crazy how this just popped off in the era it was in. It fit very well and you can see why it got a movie
I’ve been waiting for this for the past year!!! It’s finally here!!! Party time!!! Excellent!!!
14:20 This is probably what started the idea of "That 70s Show". This part reminds me of it, with the basement and the mom. The mom here seems to have the mannerisms and voice of Kitty Foreman.
"It's power under control and in the wrong hands it's a lethal weapon capable of horrendous damage. In many ways a car is a pulverizing death monster with a glass and steel persona."
Man I been in a weird depressive funk the past month and I just discovered this tonight. The serotonin that has flowed through me watching this, not even to part 2 yet kicked me out of that funk. Much appreciated SNL
Thank god for TH-cam so we don’t lose these hidden gems
Now knowing that Aerosmith has been on the show, it makes so much more sense why in the movie when Wayne and Garth did the whole "WE'RE NOT WORTHY! WE'RE NOT WORTHY!" bit Steven Tyler was just like "You're worthy! You're worthy! Get up already!" Like they'd already gone through this before
“Ahomosayswhat” “what?” “Exactly” I recently turned 50 but I’m still laughing 😂
I doubt SNL knew what they had when they first started doing the Wayne's World skits back in 1989, no way they could've imagined these sketches would've ever turned into a hit movie.
The drums were fantastic!
I got to see Aerosmith live like a year or 2 after this and they WERE SO AMAZING! Skid Row opened, which that was my second time seeing them as I caught them with Bon Jovi in 1989.
Also I love that both Ed O'Neill and Aerosmith* were on the SNL Episodes before being in Wayne's World 1 & or 2*
(Aerosmith was in 2 only)
I love that O'Neill reprised his role for both 1&: 2!!
Best thing snl ever did
Wow. Is the Roadie Tom Hanks?
I have never seen this on SNL before. XD but I member those movies were epic.
They began in 1989
Absolutely is Mr. Hanks!
omg this is the best surprise!
"A person of an alternate gender, sexuality, ethnic background or religious belief system says what?"
You really need to learn how to laugh at yourself. It's very liberating, & I find myself not feeling upset about what anyone else says, because they are gonna say it anyway, so to take the time to actually CARE what whoever says, is a waste of time & energy. No one ever said that life is fair - or that you'll never have to get upset with the language others use. I sometimes even DO something DUMB to make others laugh AT me!! I guess I feel comfortable with who I am, and I am able to not CARE about whatever someone else says, SAVES me from feeling upset & stressed. Like I said, things get said either way, so why worry? The world has changed since back then, so just think of it as a lesson in history. Change is the 1 thing you can rely upon, & will continue to do so. In 20 years, how we talk today will seem crazy!! But SERIOUSLY, learning to laugh at yourself is the best thing you can do for your overall mental health. Don't get upset - things WILL change, just give it time - & don't worry about the comedy of 30+yrs ago. It HAS changed. Be HAPPY!!
NOTHING REALLY MATTERS… TO MEEEEEEEE!!!
"Good comeback sphincter boy"
This has been added to my arsenal of deep cut passive-aggressive exclamations.
This is the best TH-cam clips SNL has ever done
You can tell Aerosmith was pretty impressed with Garth drumming.
Schwiiiiiiing!
Alright!!!! Party on guys!
Party on Walk 👊
Finally! Official Wayne's world compilation
“IT’S WAYNE’S W🌎RLD! WAYNE’S W🌎RLD!
PARTY TIME! EXCELLENT!”
The first few Wayne's World sketches are not on here...I can't say I'm surprised.
NBC still keeping their classic content buried in the vault and trying to pretend in their marketing that it's all out there. Losers.
So awesome love Wayne World.
It would be excellent if Wayne's World 3 came out. 😀 it's never too late ❤
We have a Bill and Ted 3, we need a Wayne's World 3 now.
Nooooo! Wayne's World has aged horribly.
Hollywood would completely ruin this franchise now in 2023. No thanks
Was that Ed O'Neill of Married with Children fame?
Yes.
I just watched the first movie for the first time last Saturday. I quite liked it. Had a very UHF quality to it.
That socialism commentary was spot on tho
Assume that everyone using a turn signal is a liar. Best advice ever.
32 years ago already! We are but moths dancing around a light.
I was born in 88
Party on, Wayne...!
Was there ever a crossover with Bill and Ted? If not, can you point me to the nearest parallel universe where that happened 🤘
I think Garth is the reason I'm attracted to drummers 😂😂😂😂
This really isn't every Wayne's World ever. It's missing the first four sketches that aired.
That being said, IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!
@Comedy Room Yeah, I saw parts 1, 2, and 3. But there are still some sketches missing. This one starts with John Goodman's episode in December 1989, but there were actually four sketches that aired before that one in the following episodes:
February 1989- Leslie Nielsen
March 1989- Mary Tyler Moore
May 1989- Wayne Gretzky
September 1989- Bruce Willis
And even in part 2, they left out the sketches from the following episodes:
March 1990- Debra Winger
May 1990- Candice Bergen
December 1990- John Goodman again
Then they have the next two sketches, but then they didn't include the one from May 1991, when Delta Burke hosted. The rest following that are complete (besides the ones they did in later years when Dana Carvey hosted in 2011 and also the 40th Anniversary special). So it's more like "Every Wayne's World That Was Already Uploaded Compiled Into Three Videos." The ones that were cut were probably for both material that aged poorly, and music copyright.
Excuse my pedantry, I just happen to be a Wayne's World connoisseur...
it's like a time capsule, i love this
I live in Aurora il so this was always our favorite..Classic.🤣🤣
This is GREAT !!!! thank you!
Omg I didn't even recognize Tom Hanks until he spoke! I never saw most of these skits!
I was obsessed with the Waynes World movies !!. One of my best friends in the 90s dad's, worked for a big bay area radio station and he got us Wayne's World hats!!! They were promotional hats they were giving out randomly it via contests etc. She and I used to wear them ALL THE time!
Sadly mine mistakenly got put in storage from someone helping me move in 2006 when I decided to move in with who would become my ex- husband, Rats ate through part of the Wayne's world logo, 😭 in storage.
I was so upset, I want a new one! but I had a vintage one!!! I'm still heartbroken about it.😔☹
If Wayne's world was a real show I'd watch it to this day. Schwing
That's where the stairs, escalator, canoe, elevator gag from Austin Powers came from.
I want a Wayne's World 3.
I don’t think Mike Myers and Dana Carvey haven’t gotten along in years
I wish I was Wayne. I wish I was Wayne. I wish I wasn't such a tool.
Same dude. Same.
Hey gang, you're already cool, you like stuff like this and want to be better people!! I FUCKS WITH THAT
Me too! :)
TIME CODES:
0:00 | Opening
0:18 | Movie World and Aurora's Most Wanted (December 2, 1989)
6:36 | Drunk Driving PSA (January 13, 1990)
13:43 | Aerosmith (February 17, 1990)
35 now and loved Wayne’s World as a kid!
Excellent
Tom hanks as the roadie is the BEST
Do these guys know how to party or what?! Sh’yeah! WE ARE NOT WORTHY!!!!
I met Steven Tyler back in 2004. He was eating a sub and did not have to take any small bites. It kind of reminded me of the Subway scene in Coneheads.
Lmao
Lol this is the best
PARTAYYYYY- PARTAY HARDAYYY
I can't wait for Wayne's World 3 this summer!!!!!!
Is that a real thing???
PLEASE let that be a real thing 🙏 and PLEASE don’t let them miss this up
Lol I remember Mike myers did that same stairs/escalator/canoe/elevator bit again in the first Austin Powers movie
"Every Wayne's World Ever" ... except for the four that aired before December 1989
How cool would it have been to see the Aerosmith sketch live?!
Waynes guitar playing is alienating and pristine
It’s about time! Thank you!
the earliest youtube channel ever!
