You go to your layers and make clipping masks but make sure that the bottom layer is one solid color that fills the lineart, it is not a clipping mask just the layers above it are, they use that layer to keep inside the lines.
Where do you get these black magic brushes from to do all this stuff? in all seriousness though, Great work on this. I noticed that you used a custom brush for the light filtering through the leaves, and some of the shading and lighting effects as well. would you mind sharing them, or are they trade secrets? I think this is paint tool sai from what I can see of the toolbar along the side, so any brush tips would be helpful. thanks for your time.
