Exhibition Stadium was on the grounds of the Canadian National Exhibition. Before the Blue Jays moved in, it was a Canadian football stadium with a track. Today the soccer-specific BMO Field (adapted for the CFL's Argonauts) stands on the site. No XFL team played in Toronto, and the XFL wasn't around when the Jays started.

Marina Bay Floating Stadium was intended as a temporary venue while Singapore’s national stadium was being rebuilt, but it has proven such a popular home for concerts and festivals that it’s currently undergoing major permanent upgrades. (The Formula 1 circuit which usually passes through the grandstand is being re-routed for 2023 to accommodate the renovations.)

Fun fact: 150 miles away from the Mmabatho Stadium is the near identical ODI Stadium, similar capacity built at around the the same time.

Do a video on Florida State’s new construction. They are building a football only facility and renovating their stadium soon.

The stadium in Portugal was used in the Euro 2004 tournament.
Like old Cleveland Municipal Stadium, Toronto's Exhibition Stadium was also nicknamed 'The Mistake By the Lake'. Several Grey Cup Games (the CFL's feeble equivalent of the Super Bowl) was played there and most games had some crazy weather take place during the game. There was fog in 1962 where it was so bad that the game had to finished the next day (and no scoring took place). 1965 was an extremely windy game. And 1982, the second half was played in pouring rain.

The CFL's 'Feeble Equivalent' predates your little disposable Super Bowl by over half a century (58 years to be exact). Understand that American Football is merely an imitation of Canadian Football, we introduced the basis of the modern rules to your country when McGill (Montreal) came south to play Harvard (Boston). Canadians also invented Hockey & Basketball, so just be happy that at least America still has its traditional pastime to fall back on as its own.

@@adellis24 Stop lying. Hockey came from Bandy which was first played in Europe. You just made the rink smaller. James Naismith turned his back on Canada and was a full American citizen living full time in America when he created 🏀. The American and Canadian codes of football 🏈 were developed at the same time. Your nation doesn't innovate. You just tweak things.

@@TheMrPeteChannel first off organized Ice Hockey predates organized Bandy so the credibility of everything else you believe is now thrown into question. That would be like saying the Brits invented football because it is an offshoot of Rugby (more on that later). I didn't say that it was invented in Canada, I said by Canadians so Naismith's personal opinions on the country (which I don't take your word for anyway) are irrelevant to this discussion. In terms of football while the sports were similar there is no question that the American version was essentially a tweaked version of rugby while the Canadian version was closer to the modern game and the foundation for North American Football as evident by Harvard and other Ivy league schools adopting (and tweaking) the Canadian rule set.
You say we don't innovate even though proportionately to its size (pre-Trudeau) Canada was far outpacing the rest of the west. Modern American Comedy, Music, Sport & Science would be missing a lot without the support of their younger & bigger Canadian brother. Next time brush up on your history before assuming I know nothing and making a complete dunce of yourself because your cursory level of knowledge is lacking. Cheers

I live very close to BYU’s stadium. It’s near mountains, but nothing like that cliff. (It’s probably close to a mile to the actual mountains.)

Mosquitos aren't a huge issue in Singapore. They have a very successful mosquito control program, I was there for 9 days and only got a single bite.
A fun fact about the Marina Bay it's floating in, it used to be connected to the ocean and would frequently flood the city during high tides. But they built a barrage across the inlet, so not only does it no longer flood, by collecting rain water in it and releasing it when levels became too high, they diluted the salt to such low levels that it's now a fresh water reservoir that helps alleviate the fact that there is no fresh water sources in Singapore

On the south African stadium, please tell me those weren't a bunch of porta-potties set up directly in the walkways of the triangle shaped stands 😂

You are aware that exhibition stadium was built as a CFL stadium, it was retrofitted for the blue jays

The Skydome and the Astrodome had a way of having the enire field-level sections move for football and baseball. Since the Argonauts moved out of the Skydome, the Blue Jays were able to lock the lower level seating into a permanent baseball configuration.

I believe you are talking about the Stadium Bowl in Tacoma Washington when referencing the stadium on a cliff.

      That or Sun Devil Stadium.

@@TheMrPeteChannel Perhaps however, Sun Devil Stadium here does not overlook a cliff. It has rock formations around it but no cliff.
