The Reggaeton Dem Bow🇯🇲 Riddim came from Steelie & Clevie Fish Market Riddim🇯🇲 and is the foundation of the entire genre originally made popular by Black Jamaican Panamanians 🇯🇲🇵🇦singing in Spanish over reggae beats starting from the 1980s.

😳🤔, Why whenever there is talk about Reggaeton, there is no mention of the original of Reggaeton in Panama 🇵🇦 of when Jamaican went to work in Panama 🇵🇦 and brought Reggae music with them from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and it because reggaeton, my all time favorite Panama 🇵🇦 pioneer reggaeton artist is EL GENERAL 😳🤔

The only Jamaican thing about it it's the simple dembow that anyone can do. The melodies, hooks, and all other sounds are Latin, pop, house, and Hip Hop. A well seasoned mix that Puerto Ricans are known for 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

Neither Panama nor Jamaican music calls it reggaeton. Reggaeton was born in Puerto Rico with influences of Jamaican Reggae, Spanish Reggae from Panama, and United States Hip Hop.
