i use a piece of an exaust pipe and brake discs as weight xD but due to the form of the brake discs i have to pull some centimeters without weight, meaning it wont twist afterwards :D can recomend
Hey Cheng I’ve heard of people doing max hangs from a board before a climbing session to maximise finger recruitment etc. Would you say no hangs are a good substitute for board hangs to maximise finger recruitment and strength?

As someone who's tried both I can tell you, they both work for recruitment although I'd probably favor actual max hangs. Easier to change grips
yeah, they probably feel even better becuase you don't stress the shoudlers
