The So-Called Travel Expert brings you another short video on the cost comparison between a 2 week organized package tour to Europe versus a self-planned trip with the same itinerary. A 2 week itinerary usually covers all the major cities and tourist attractions in 8 countries in western Europe (UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria & Italy).
Whilst an organized trip may appeal to certain tourists (senior citizens, families with young kids), you can enjoy the tourist attractions with much more time flexibility and save yourself a considerable amount of money (~€500 per person) if you plan your trip yourself.

Very useful information. I personally prefer to pay a bit more than I would with a tour operator and have the big flexibility advantage instead of being forced by the tour operator on what to do day by day. Nice video!
