Yes I removed my old barbarian statue in search of like 100 gems but supercell didn't give me a single gem. That's my biggest regret.
@@johnnysumms6945 I did it too bro from 9th anniversary to Halloween to Christmas I kept them because all these years I thought they would come back if I played.
I remember back in the day I had a cauldron but when I upgraded my town hall it was in the way. And it was before they had shovels of obstacles so I was forced to remove it. Still one of my biggest regrets.

I had the 2014 Christmas tree presents and I vividly remember accidentally clicking on them over time. Then when they changed it so clicking on one would get rid of them all… one slip of my finger and my favorite decorations vanished.
Clicking on one and removing them all only applied to the santa surprise spell. If you still have the actual 2014 presents, they still disappear one at a time

I was addicted to Clash of Clans during 2015-2016, so watching this video really made me remember when my brother and I used to play it together at the rooftop while stargazing.
I feel amazing after this video! 😂 just came back to Clash of Clans after literally 7 years, still have a 2014 and 2015 Christmas Tree, 2014 Halloween Headstone, and 2015 Halloween Cauldron :) definitely some OG flexes, and they're all on the borders.

One question no one talks about: why there is no special obstacle in the lunar update this febuary 2022?
Cause all supercell team just work in Royal update, so there isn't time to create a new obstacle.

@@hmmidk6023 I thought the same, but in september 2021 CR team asked to supercell (like emergency) technical support in order to finish the great update for C.R. So, supercell put both teams to work. In October gold pass CoC should have "The shadow Queen" and "shadow champion" Even, but CoC team didn't complete both skins. Just put "the golem king" it was makeshift and the new obstacle for Halloween such as Chinese new year obstacle 2022 without time, were forgotten.

Reflecting back on 2020, I had this remarkable encounter while farming. I can assure you, it was a sight to behold (I immediately started screen recording), this player had collected every single obstacle/decoration available in the game. Astoundingly, he had them all meticulously arranged along the sides of the map in a 4x3 formation, occupying the three outer squares. Considering it was back in 2020, I can only imagine how much more impressive his village must be by now, especially with the introduction of new obstacles and decorations since then.

It's annoying to think about, how I actually had one of the 2012 christmas trees. However since I needed the gold back then I removed all of them, same as the 2013 ones, at 2014 I finally realized that these trees stay forever and I kept 3 of the 2014 ones around, same as the halloween tombstones. Big shame.

Fairly certain the rarest obstacle is the presents that would drop from the Santa Spell as they would ALL harvest if you clicked one. I tried on numerous occasions to keep em and I saw someone with them maybe 3 months after the event but there ain't no way someone has that.
I had those presents on my base for the longest time, but unfortunately I had to remove them to change up my base
When i was attacked seemed like that person purposely dropped santa presents outside my base for keeps lol now i be doing the same after each attack..

Yes, I'm one of those people who have been particularly keen on decorations right from the start. Today, my village is decorated on all sides and can proudly display a large number of decorations, including the Halloween grave, the 2014 tree, the cauldron and the 2015 tree. I’m very proud of that 🤩
Same! I have every tree from 2014 till now, I accidentally deleted 2012 and 2013 because I was a kid that didn't know yet 😢
Havoc, Ive spent the last year finding all bases that have the og 2012 stone and I have a ton of information about them that I think you would be interested in knowing.
First of all, as of january of 2022 only 172 bases still had that stone. Out of those, I have found the tag for 153 of them.
Secondly, the stones actually spawned before the game's global release, at the very early days of the game's beta in Canada, so that makes them even rarer than what we inicially thought.
Also, the stones weren't actually a primitive version of the stones we have today, instead bases used to spawn with the 2 types of stones, you can see this in a lot of the bases I've found, as they have both types of stones.

The oldest tree I now I had, was the 2013 X-mas tree. I accidentally removed it, along with the cauldron. But I still have the 2014-2021 trees

There are also villages with special decorations from the goblin maps. I'm pretty sure this one hacker actually placed the dragon's lair in his village as a building.
I have a lot of rare stuff, I collect them on the edge of my village. I had the 2014 headstone but accidentally removed it a couple years back. I still have my 2014 tree though. But I'm missing some newer stuff as I've taken breaks

I regret removing those obstacles. I only have the 5th, 8th and 10th year anniversary cakes + two clashmas trees. I remember the tombstones, the other halloween ones, the 2012/13/14 xmas trees etc. I stopped playing seriously after 3 years or so and then I'd play on and off.

I still have my 2015 Christmas tree because that was the first year I noticed other people keeping special obstacles. I’m still haunted by the fact that I removed my 2014 tree, the Halloween headstone and the cauldron but at the time we didn’t have the ability to use a shovel and move items around so if they were in the way you had no choice😢.My first clash of clans base had the 2013 tree but I had deleted the game and I don’t think they had the supercell accounts then, or if they did I didn’t make one💀☹️

The builder leaving event was for the 5th year anniversary of clash of clans
My 2014 headstone and 2014 Xmas tree are my fav and only obstacles I have. I didn’t like the cauldron or the witch hat and also didn’t care for most of the later Xmas trees. So now I just refuse to have any other Halloween and Xmas obstacles. I will only ever have my 2014 ones. It’s also nostalgic for me to have just those bc that’s the year I started playing clash :)
I still have one of those trees, I had a "friend" back in hs who clicked on all of the presents except for one so i got lucky, insanely lucky actually. The tree right at the bottom of my base but offset to the right to make it symmetrical with another tree and the present is at the southernmost point possible in my base
I really regret removing my 2013 Christmas tree. Fortunately I have 2014-2021 trees, 2014-2021 halloween obstacles, and 5-9th anniversary (waiting for 10 to spawn). I missed out on keeping the one I covet the most, but at least I’ve got some cool ones I’ve been able to hang on to.

sad thing is , that number of 2.6K players having the Christmas tree of 2012 will keep on decreasing, as they accidentally or intentionally remove it , they get banned, or their ids get hacked. Also provided more and more of those IDs r becoming inactive everyday.

I have every Christmas tree from 2014 onward throwback to when we had no shovel to move stuff around we would place everything scattered around the base to have no space for anything to spawn except on the outside of base my whole class would do it every Christmas 😂
I still got 2 from 2013 and have multiple from every yesr after that along with alot of other rare/limited items

My best is the present the 2015 tree spawned. I got lucky with one of the trees and it spawned away from the base. Now I just have a collection of all the trees after it around it.
I got the majority of these except the 12 and 13 tree I was playing back then but I wasn't thinking long term and I needed all the extra loot I could get

I had every obstacle spawn that you named, that could spawn. Went back and looked at my base, the oldest item I still have is the 2015 headstone. I removed everything before that. So sad
I started CoC in 2012 and I always removed all obstacles because it increased the chance of generating more and thus generating more gems. I still do this to this date. It may also be one of the only fully free-to-play accounts with 87k gems
