For each coupon that Lauren Puryear collects, a meal is made. The New Jersey woman is putting her extreme couponing skills to good use by buying (and making) food for the hungry in her community. Already, she has provided over 10,000 meals to people in need and she doesn’t plan on stopping until she can feed 30,000 people by her 30th birthday.
