When did you realize the plate is one hole back from where it should be? Your winch will not mount in this position. You need to use both tow hook mount bolts then the 3rd one is the new one.
The bolt you put in the middle should be in the third hole in the plate. This is why you thought you had to move your radiator lines. You mounted the plate too far back which is incorrect.

Floor jack with wood blocks to lift and hold the plate.

How do you figure? I found it the easiest way to hold the plate up till you are ready to complete the install. Do you have a better way?

You mounted it in the wrong spot. It should be to the front two not the back two. Do not cut anything either!!!
That plastic piece is to be trimmed NOT removed
