Did a journeyman save recently and ended up at Oita for 4 seasons. From near the bottom of J2 to the Asian Champions League, they'll always have a place in my heart!
I just started my 4th season at nara and we just got promoted to J1 and won the emperors cup while being a J2 team. Japan is such a fun country to manage in and I would highly recommend it
I gave the J League a shot and just won my second successive J1 League title with Nara Club from J3. Have not had a season not winning the league. I have not had this much fun in FM in years. I hope this video gets more people to give it a shot as well.
Decided to do a pentagon for the first time. Started in South Africa but Ended up at Iwaki 3 years in when they were 17th in the j3. Took them to 2nd in the j1 within 4 years before moving too kashima where I won the champions league. Fell in love with the Japanese leagues and now don’t want to move on! So glad they are in the game!
I must admit when they announced it was being added to FM this year I wasn''t bothered, however after two separate saves and over 20 in game years I can say the league is great fun. Let's go Oita Trinita!
I took over Tokyo Verdy in the first season as they were struggling in j2, managed to save them that year and get them up the next, well we carried on the momentum and finished 2nd well behind kawasaki, this carried on for 4 seasons with the 4th of that being us miss out on the title on goal difference with us giving up a 2 goal lead in the last game of the season, was gutted lol won the j1 next two seasons though, am still enjoying it though as theres a lot of teams fighting for the title.
Love this kind of content and big big respect to the J. League for not only knowing who to partner with but actually going out and getting the kind of content creator that can bring folks into the J. League's world. I can't wait to play with J. League teams in FM and learn more about the league in real life. Now we just need to get Jack some Japanese lessons and bring him over to Japan!
Was sort of expecting a recommendation to follow in the footsteps of Arsene Wenger and manage one of the better known Japanese clubs to English fans, Nagoya Grampus - where Gary Lineker once played
I started my journey with Fujieda MyFC in the 3rd division after they got relegated. I lead them to promotion twice, getting them into J1 in two years when the giants of Vissel Kobe took note of me. I took over after the season and celebrated 4 consecutive championships, two Asian Champions League wins and a few cup wins. After the last championship win I took over Borussia Mönchengladbach, but my time in Japan was really exciting. Especially because of the frankly quite tough foreigners rules, it's a nice challenge to build up Japanese talent.
Managed to take FC Gifu for J3 to J2 my second season there while winning the title, then gained promotion to J1 my first season in J2. This country is a blast to manage in!
great video jack, would love to see more of the j.league both on the channel and in real life, japan especially... (the goat kagawa being my favourite player)
Finished my first season in the J.League with Yokohama F. Marinos. Went from not winning in 5 games and being in 14th place to winning the league and going 30 matches without a loss across all competitions. This was with only 4 midfielders since I had a terrible first transfer window. Very fun league!
Been on a J-League run recently, did a bit of a journeyman save, some unproductive starts in Sweden and Uruguay (sacked after one game), but now into Hachinohe and potentially in line for back to back promotions....fingers crossed.
You are correct with frecce! And that legend reminds me of the iconic Japanese film Ran (directed by Akira Kurosawa), based on Shakespeare's King Lear, which includes the 3 arrows together stronger than 1 individually thing to stop conflict between the three sons
8:36 im a year late but im still gonna give my little contribute Sanfrecce could be just a whole italian mix of words as "San" is the abbreviated term we use for "saint" (e.g San Marco can be translate to Saint Marco) and frecce means arrows, so Saint arrows! :)
Is the J League fully licensed now? I remember when it came out there were people saying some things weren't there, like Juan Mata. Have any issues been resolved?
I managed machida zelvia in my first journeyman this year, it didn’t go well. We got promoted for J2 but J1 didn’t go well the first 13 games and I resigned before I got fired. In my new one I have a chance at uruwa reds who started J1 with 7 straight losses and 11 matches in they are still rock bottom with a win and 2 draws. They sacked their manager. I can’t wait for another chance in this league
I'm happy for you that you get the chance to work with J.League after hyping it up when the country's league finally available at FM.
shoutout to the J-League for finding the right person to promote them!
So looking forward to seeing you go through the Japanese football system later this year!
I had cheekily put my former local club "Ehime FC" as one of my favored clubs, but now you're saying I can actually manage them?! God, I love FM
Did a journeyman save recently and ended up at Oita for 4 seasons. From near the bottom of J2 to the Asian Champions League, they'll always have a place in my heart!
Already started playing with Ventforet Kofu and it is absolutely thrilling. I love it. Thrilled the J-League has been added to the game.
I just started my 4th season at nara and we just got promoted to J1 and won the emperors cup while being a J2 team. Japan is such a fun country to manage in and I would highly recommend it
Knowing you’ve been such a big advocate of the J league for years it’s fantastic seeing you do this video

J league is such a cool league to partner with

I’m very happy that you got a chance to part with the J league, If you do a save in Japan i will be watching every single episode. Exiting times.
Great video Jack, will pick one of these teams once my Build A Nation with Greece is finished!

This has got me really excited for your J League save later this year!!
I wasn't really interested in J League until this collaboration. Makes me interested that they reached out and involved you, Jack.
Started my FM save in Japan with Gunma before being offered the Kashima Antlers job. Really enjoying the J-League
I am looking forward to managing a j league club in FM24!
Thanks for the primer

awesome collaboration, hope you get more chances like this
Well done for not laughing when you was saying Fukushima Jack 😂
My first save on FM 24 was Vegalta Sendai from J2 League. Had a lot of fun with it!
Managed to take FC Gifu for J3 to J2 my second season there while winning the title, then gained promotion to J1 my first season in J2. This country is a blast to manage in!
Love the J. League! Awesome video!
BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT
Managed Gunma in the J2, led them to J1 after 2 seasons, was a great experience as the 1st part of my journeyman save!
great video jack, would love to see more of the j.league both on the channel and in real life, japan especially... (the goat kagawa being my favourite player)

Congratulations on the collaboration! Would be great to see a J League save post-Park to Prem.
everyone knew it would be the JLeague but still happy you get to coaporate with them
just here to show some love

Awesome collab, will be an interesting watch

I did a save with Ehime from J3. Absolutely loved managing in Japan, so much interesting new content.

The craziest thing with VK is they won their champions league group IRL
That is bonkers

Love this collab for you Jack!!!
I love P2P but the Japanese Projekt sounds even better
Such a shame we can’t manage Vissel Kobe with Iniesta anymore

Can't wait for your J League playthrough later this year!
Hell yeah!! Love this collab Jack 🙌🏻🙌🏻
nothing better than watching J league on youtube in the morning
Loving this videos!
Things you love to see! The J-League looks competitive and should be fun
The J2 league team is currently in the round of 16 in the Asian Champions League after finishing top of their group
Miura such a legend 🙌🏽 that natural fitness..
I want
Played with Kataller Toyama in J3 ..took them all the way to J League 1..was a good save
Is there a reason why this video is only 1080p?
A shame, as the regular 4K videos look absolutely gorgeous.
Great video!
Should definitely do a j league save at some point
Such a good video!!!
Is the J League fully licensed now? I remember when it came out there were people saying some things weren't there, like Juan Mata. Have any issues been resolved?
Im currently in season 2 with Nagoya Grampus ❤️🇯🇵
That shirt is awesome!

Is it all properly working as intended yet? Thought there was registration issues and stuff in the leagues
I decided to go with Sagan Tosu simply because their badge and kits are fire
KING KAZU THE GOAT
Facts.
Currently doing a pentagon save starting with Gifu in J3
Lets gooo
Jack you going to do a Park to J1 after Park to Prem just like Park to Primera with Racing Santander? If not your still the best.
IRL Sanfrecce solved the striker problem by getting rid of Nassim Ben Khalifa and signing Yuki Ohashi from Shonan Bellmare :)
That shirt is fire.
This is awesome
