I used to have a hard time with my PTSD. Self-medicating with marijuana is probably better than me having self-medicated with alcohol. Granted, I learned to cope and I didn't like destroy my health or develop an addiction or anything. Self-medicating, in general, is not a healthy coping mechanism, but is a completely normal response. Weed is probably a much lesser evil than some of the things people can fall into, when they self-medicate. Some people fall into some seriously hard drugs and risky behaviors.
You don't. You just let the frustration ball up inside you to the point of insanity then in a sudden & violent fashion let it all out in an area where you know no one will get hurt. Try this three or four times and eventually one learns to deal with it.

Neebs and crew. First of all I want to thank you guys for being so great and lifting up my spirits all the time. Over about 1 or 2 years I have been dealing with extreme (almost suicidal) depression and while my parents know I have depression they only think it is very minor. I have gone to get help with the doctor people where u sit in a damn chair and talk about shit and get nothing done but as many times I as try to explain my situation to everyone they don't seem to understand how serious it really is. I have started to avoid my issues by distracting myself with video games and funny videos (like yours) and I developed an addiction to the internet where I actually get cold turkey if I'm unable to use it for even an hour or 2 (aside from school). I also developed ADD symptoms, anxiety, muscle twitching, constant headaches and various other things. It would be great if you could give any advice aside from "Get help" like everyone says because I've already tried that with no use. I love you guys (almost homo =P) and I'm sorry if this is kind of long. Thanks guys! -Liam

I also have a decent part-time job in a pizzeria near there but these two things combined occupy all the time every single day from 8 a.m to 11 p.m Should I keep up with the university or try to concentrate all my attention to find a full-time job and maybe start living by my own? Hey guys, to preface things, my life is a mess now. For awhile I was at the top of my field, everyone looked up to me and respected me and I was having the time of my life. Unfortunately in some chance encounter I got my ass handed to me ( a cheap shot) in front of all of my work friends. Everyone kind of knew it was a cheap shot and didnt say much about it but I knew people were laughing at me behind my back. So I ended up tracking down this guy to get even ya know? I know that's not the best way to go but I felt like I had to at the time. But anyway, I ended up finding him and I put up a good fight and before I knew it he starts asking me my religious views and I thought the fight was over but next thing I know he cheap shots me again right there and then in front of all these people! At this point I had lost all respect at work so for a third time I go out to find this guy and about shit myself. This fucking guy is heading a broom sales empire and is all successful from two fights with me. I go to fight him again and I'm sure you can guess what happened.... I have zero respect from anyone and could really use some advice for someone who has hit rock bottom.

I'm a student almost 17 and my problem is I have Nooo work ethic (doing maths/science) sometimes, not very often I will think "what the fuck am i doing (when i sit down and watch youtube and play games until 2am)" get pissed of with myself and give myself a kick, but then the next morning i'm back to normal and it will happen all over again )= I'm pretty sure i will regret this in later life, but it will be to late.. Holy shit that advice for the vet is golden. The guy's doing it right and you guys pointed out how it's completely fine. Marijuana is still pretty much taboo and I was the kind of guy who thought everyone who tried weed is brain dead. I didn't even touched this thing and never will because I simply don't want anything through my lungs but my perspective of it changed so much I believe it's at the same level than alcool. Me and my friend we're making fun calling ourselves "the drunk and the stoned" (I'm the one getting drunk) and the instance I say that to my other friends they stay akwardly silent. What's the big deal? We already take, god knows, all kind of prescription drugs that have nasty side effects. The vet's doing the right thing he sure can smoke a bit especially if it helps him. I understand his familly/friends might see that negatively, but at a certain point people need to wake up, just like I did.

The main reason for losing these jobs is that I'm addicted to gaming. I'm in the UK and I play often with my friends in the US. Hey guys long story short I have depression and anxiety, so when I have an episode it leaves me bed ridden and sometimes there so bad I pass out I am taking my meds and I have a doctors and nurses in and out of my life telling me to try this and try that. mainly they say distract yourself I tried doing this with my work picking up extra shift but even then I was just burning my self out cuz I work as a carer so my shifts are long and I was struggling to care for my self as well as provide the same standard of care for my clients witch lead to me taking some time off work and my work was really helpful and understanding and said we will put you on a bank contract meaning I could work when I want to work that was great for a while but now they cant get me enough shift to work so am on the brink of losing my house cuz I cant pay rent and am not working enough, my girlfriend left me for some dude with muscles and a car, I feel like I have let myself down as well as my family who have tried to help me as best they can but for some reason I always seem to shoot myself in the foot. what do I do when I feel like I have lost it all?

Right +Neebs Gaming , I have a question for you. So I'm a med school grad who was recently accepted into neurosugery residency. After I got here though, the stress soon hit me like a freight train. I'm expected to do things as a surgical intern such as perform surgeries, deliver babies, and things of that nature to where I feel as if I'm having a hard time taking the sheer weight of the responsibility. The stress is enormous, like try to imagine knocking up your girlfriend in high school and her getting pregnant and try to conceptualize that kind of stress 24/7. Like if I slip up, my patients might die. I've explored alternative methods like marijuana but I've shied away from them because I want to be razor sharp between the ears when putting my patients under the knife. How do you guys handle stress and what do you think I should do??? Other than watch Neebs & The Crew after a long day at work of course! ;)

Neebs and crew. First of all I want to thank you guys for being so great and lifting up my spirits all the time. Over about 1 or 2 years I have been dealing with extreme (almost suicidal) depression and while my parents know I have depression they only think it is very minor. I have gone to get help with the doctor people where u sit in a damn chair and talk about shit and get nothing done but as many times I as try to explain my situation to everyone they don't seem to understand how serious it really is. I have started to avoid my issues by distracting myself with video games and funny videos (like yours) and I developed an addiction to the internet where I actually get cold turkey if I'm unable to use it for even an hour or 2 (aside from school). I also developed ADD symptoms, anxiety, muscle twitching, constant headaches and various other things. It would be great if you could give any advice aside from "Get help" like everyone says because I've already tried that with no use. I love you guys (almost homo =P) and I'm sorry if this is kind of long. Thanks guys! -Liam

Hey guys, to preface things, my life is a mess now. For awhile I was at the top of my field, everyone looked up to me and respected me and I was having the time of my life. Unfortunately in some chance encounter I got my ass handed to me ( a cheap shot) in front of all of my work friends. Everyone kind of knew it was a cheap shot and didnt say much about it but I knew people were laughing at me behind my back. So I ended up tracking down this guy to get even ya know? I know that's not the best way to go but I felt like I had to at the time. But anyway, I ended up finding him and I put up a good fight and before I knew it he starts asking me my religious views and I thought the fight was over but next thing I know he cheap shots me again right there and then in front of all these people! At this point I had lost all respect at work so for a third time I go out to find this guy and about shit myself. This fucking guy is heading a broom sales empire and is all successful from two fights with me. I go to fight him again and I'm sure you can guess what happened.... I have zero respect from anyone and could really use some advice for someone who has hit rock bottom.

Holy shit that advice for the vet is golden. The guy's doing it right and you guys pointed out how it's completely fine. Marijuana is still pretty much taboo and I was the kind of guy who thought everyone who tried weed is brain dead. I didn't even touched this thing and never will because I simply don't want anything through my lungs but my perspective of it changed so much I believe it's at the same level than alcool. Me and my friend we're making fun calling ourselves "the drunk and the stoned" (I'm the one getting drunk) and the instance I say that to my other friends they stay akwardly silent. What's the big deal? We already take, god knows, all kind of prescription drugs that have nasty side effects. The vet's doing the right thing he sure can smoke a bit especially if it helps him. I understand his familly/friends might see that negatively, but at a certain point people need to wake up, just like I did.
Neebs and team. So I have lost a few jobs within the last few years. Really well paid respectable jobs. I work on the road as it were, and by myself, so no clocking in and out. The main reason for losing these jobs is that I'm addicted to gaming. I'm in the UK and I play often with my friends in the US. I have a good job now but, sometimes I still game till very early in the morning and I have to make an excuse to my boss if he questions what time I left the house. How can I balance my work/family/game time please?

Hey guys long story short I have depression and anxiety, so when I have an episode it leaves me bed ridden and sometimes there so bad I pass out I am taking my meds and I have a doctors and nurses in and out of my life telling me to try this and try that. mainly they say distract yourself I tried doing this with my work picking up extra shift but even then I was just burning my self out cuz I work as a carer so my shifts are long and I was struggling to care for my self as well as provide the same standard of care for my clients witch lead to me taking some time off work and my work was really helpful and understanding and said we will put you on a bank contract meaning I could work when I want to work that was great for a while but now they cant get me enough shift to work so am on the brink of losing my house cuz I cant pay rent and am not working enough, my girlfriend left me for some dude with muscles and a car, I feel like I have let myself down as well as my family who have tried to help me as best they can but for some reason I always seem to shoot myself in the foot.

I'm proposing a possible video regarding Slang in america. Different regions have some pretty crazy slang words. Ya'll could give examples from your hometown or shit you've heard of when traveling. Right +Neebs Gaming , I have a question for you. So I'm a med school grad who was recently accepted into neurosugery residency. After I got here though, the stress soon hit me like a freight train. I'm expected to do things as a surgical intern such as perform surgeries, deliver babies, and things of that nature to where I feel as if I'm having a hard time taking the sheer weight of the responsibility. The stress is enormous, like try to imagine knocking up your girlfriend in high school and her getting pregnant and try to conceptualize that kind of stress 24/7. Like if I slip up, my patients might die. I've explored alternative methods like marijuana but I've shied away from them because I want to be razor sharp between the ears when putting my patients under the knife. How do you guys handle stress and what do you think I should do??? Other than watch Neebs & The Crew after a long day at work of course! ;)
