Tiffany you look pretty in your hat and sun glasses, and very happy. Love watching you guys, so cute together. I have to comment on how you guys seem to be enjoying your hot ride in your golf cart. That is not my happy place to be in that heat. I am truly amazed"as to how you can stand it, and with smiles. 😮. thanks for taking all of us along on your happy new adventure.🌸🌸heat and all.
Thank you for remembering the fallen. My brother was killed in Vietnam November 11, 1969. He was 24 and left behind a wife and 1 yr old son. I appreciated you being grateful on this day. Love your videos! ❤
Absolutely! Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Thank you to your brother for serving and sacrificing for our country and our freedom. We both have family members that have served our country including my uncle who was an Airborne Ranger. He was shot down and sacrificed his life trying to save fellow soldiers that were surrounded in Vietnam. He died a couple of weeks before my first birthday. Never forget our fallen Heroes! I also wanted to thank you for always taking the time to leave a positive and uplifting comment on our videos. Much appreciated! ❤️
@@MichaelTiffanyTVE You are welcome. You put a lot of effort into your videos and I appreciate all your work. My brother was Airborne also. Was killed on tarmac dropping in supplies to hospital. Such a wasted war! ❤

Thank You Guys for the beautiful cart ride !! I watch you guys faithfully , you are wonderful people ! ❤ The Audio was Great ! 😃👍 SO beautiful there ! 🌴🏝 Keep up the videos and i Enjoy watching ! 😃
Thank you for taking us along on your golf cart ride! That's a great new path and I know that it will be enjoyed by many. It's wonderful that it gives you easier access to Magnolia Plaza and Fenney. We were there for a visit not too long and it is amazing how big The Villages is.
Our pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it and glad you had a great visit to TV. Looking forward to exploring, documenting and sharing more of TV with everyone (especially now that we own a golf car). So much to see and do. Thanks!
I love where I live here in the Pacific NW and would never leave but I enjoy your videos about the Villages anyway. It's a very interesting way to live and I can see why so many love it. You two are so cute and personable and your new golf cart is 'AWESOME'!
Thanks for the feedback on the audio. Glad you could hear us both. Where are you located with all the rain? We have not had any real rain in a couple of weeks and nothing but ☀️ in the forecast for the next week or so. We could use some rain.
Hello Michael and Tiffany, I love the new golf cart and watching your videos because I am learning so much about TV because I don't have a golf cart yet but after I saw yours I am thinking about getting one like yours due to the features and the price!!
Thank you so much for audio your audience can appreciate. You're not having to yell over the gas operated carts as so many of the other tubers have to do. BRAVO!!!
Thank you so much! Glad you are enjoying the audio. It’s really nice to be able to talk to each other in our normal voices (no yelling) as we ride around TV. More golf cart ride videos to come. Thanks again!
We think ur UTubes are THE Best! We are encouraged because r hospitality stay was confusing as to how to navigate this area! ThankU and keep up ALL the great videos!
Thank you for paying homage to our fallen heroes. Also agree this new route to Magnolia Plaza and Finney is terrific. Definitely a game changer to get to both spots from Lake Denham!

Audio was pretty great. When we went around with a realtor in April, she said that Florida law requires the developers to leave any live oaks bigger than a certain trunk diameter. I love them and am glad that even with all the clear cutting and dirt moving they do, some things are preserved. 😊
Thanks! Yes we love old oak trees and palm trees. The Fenney area has lots of old oak trees and great nature trails. We drove the golf cart over there today for lunch.
Awesomeness! Glad you enjoyed the ride along with us. Have fun and enjoy your month long visit to TV! Wave or say hello if you see us out and about. Thanks!
Michael - Thanks for the McNeill Drive . We have two Newair 12v coolers (48 qt, 80 qt) that we purchased for camping and summertime grocery trips in MN (i.e. Costco!). More affordable than a Dometic brand and works great. - Bob (Village of Dabney)
Wow, truly impressed on how quiet your electric cart is! Much better than listening to those talking while in a gas cart in their videos. For the most part we could hear and understand everything you were saying, I believe the biggest problem is that you need to figure out how to shield the microphone from the wind and you'll be fine.
Thanks for posting! I saw comments in some of the Villages FB groups about "the road is finally open" but as new Villagers we had no ides what they were talking about LOLOL. So now we know! Going to have to check that out sometime this week. My wife and I may have just missed you yesterday - we decided to explore and go down Bexley to see how far we were going to be from Eastport, so we went over the Bexley Bridge but continued down Bexley rather than turning on McNeill. Gonna have to go out there today to check it out! Looks like TV GPS app isn't updated yet, so using the app to get to Magnolia from our house still requires that looooong looparound. Nico to know that we can now save some time - so thanks again for sharing!!!
They finally updated the app with the new roads and multi modals. We went over to Fenney and Magnolia a couple of times since posting this video. Huge time saver!
Yay 👏🏻 That will save me SO much time to get to Magnolia Plaza, all the golf courses on the other side of the turnpike and Edna’s on the Green! 👍🏻 That was such a long golf cart ride over the Water Lily bridge from Newell and the other Villages by us; two miles past Marsh Bend Trail, added 4 or 5 miles to any trek over there. This will save so much time. Now can’t wait for the new courses to open up on the other side of the Southern Oaks bridge. ☝🏻Take a drive to the Publix across the Chitty Chatty bridge (SR44). I go there on my eBike all the time. It’s beautiful drive around many retention ponds and close to many neighborhoods. And then, go further to the Sarasota golf practice facility. It’s a nice view across the lake as you come out of the tunnel. p.s. What are they building on the left as you enter Magnolia Plaza? (inside that chain link fence)
Absolute game changer and time saver! We drove over to Fenney today and are going to take your suggestion and drive across Chitty Chatty and explore that area all the way up to Spanish Springs tomorrow. Hope to share that video with everyone early next week. We think that is going to be a new CVS as you enter Magnolia. Hope you are having a great weekend! You back up to Meggison, correct? We will wave as we drive by tomorrow. Thanks!
We live in the southern part of Dabney. It used to take us an hour and 10 minutes by cart to get to Fenney. It now takes us 33 minutes. Absolute game changer!! Thanks again for everything.
Insulated bag(s) is a must for transporting cold/frozen groceries. Costco has one, Sam’s has one, Amazon has many. They are even good for non-food items that you don’t want to be exposed to the high heat.
@@MichaelTiffanyTVE I can’t wait to see what you ordered. Thanks for showing the cooling fans in your golf car. I ordered one (thru your Amazon link) for my husband and he loves it!
Why did you stop at Homestead rather than time it all the way home? Also, love your new golf cart, but I’m not seeing the fabric sides that are lowered for rain. Are they just not visible? We just bought our second cart after being here 17 months. Our first was the Yamaha gas cart 4 seater, which we still love, but now we also have an Atomic Cool Kart with AC. The AC has been heavenly the last couple of weeks. 😅 It also has the 3 point seat belts, and a lithium battery. 😊
We used Homestead (and Sawgrass) so everyone watching (especially those that live in TV) could use it as a reference point to gauge how long it would take them too! Just add how long it would take to get from your house in TV to Homestead to our time in the video to get your total time. FYI… We live about 7 minutes from Homestead. So total time from our house to Magnolia was about 23 minutes. It used to take us almost 50 minutes before the new route. So we can now drive there and back in less time than it did one way. Huge game change and time saver. Thanks! We are loving our new golf cart. Congratulations on your second cart! The AC will come in handy during the summer.
Thanks that looked cool. Makes me want to maybe try out the golf cart. But you two did look warm 😉 But that is fantastic , so Dabney and Newell are not that inconvenient after all. Very interesting. Do you or any other commenters have any “Must Dos” for my lifestyle visit which is coming up. I don’t have to mention that I am excited!
Golf cart rides are so much fun around TV and the new roads and multi-modals make it much easier to get out and explore. They give you a golf cart to use for your lifestyle visit so get out and explore and enjoy. Make sure you check out all the different town squares. Good luck! Have fun! Let us know how it goes. What dates are you going to be here?
Thank you for another great tour. We just moved in to our patio villa in Moultrie Creek and appreciate the easy access to Magnolia Plaza & the Everglades Rec area. We’re looking forward to Eastport & Middleton opening too but imagine the influx of “Northern Villagers” coming down to the South to enjoy some of the new amenities & shopping. P.S. The audio was great.
Glad you enjoyed it! Congratulations on the move to Moultrie Creek! We went all the way up to Spanish Springs yesterday via the old route and then came back down to Brownwood and then over to Magnolia and then took the new route home. Very long but very fun day out exploring TV on the golf cart. Will post that video later this week. Thanks for the feedback on the audio!
That was fun! We were there for the month of April and loved the drive over the Bexley Bridge and beyond. So glad they have it open to Magnolia Plaza. We stayed in Bradford and a nightly ride in the golf cart would have been fun. We could do the circle to Water Lily Bridge then back to Bexley Bridge and home! Well, maybe next year. Thanks for the ride!
when we did our life style visit we stayed just down the road from that Publix you mentioned early in the video. We stayed at the Christopher Villas. We ate at Reville (sp) for breakfast and it was amazingly good and fairly priced.
Great videos guys. Thank you for your pleasant demeanor and upbeat presentations! We're interested in the type of construction going on in the area immediately south of the Marsh Bend neighborhood within the confines of the new McNeal , Corbin, and Marsh Bend roads. I can't find any reference on the maps that states its intended use? Homes, commercial, or activities? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks,
Did Bexley (sp) back in November to the new HS. Statutes in Spanish Springs, a two hour one way trip . Then we doubled back headed parallel with the turnpike , crossed TP going to Everglades then on to the end of Corbin Trail.
Another awesome video - thanks so much! Question: is there an app just for golf cars to know where to go, when to get onto and off of multi-modals vs. standard vehicle lanes, etc? When you mentioned getting off the standard road and onto the multi-modal and the sign saying, “No golf cars past this point”, it made me wonder if an app or something is available. Thanks for your input and keeping us all excited about The Villages!!
Yes, you can download the free The Villages App and it will let you choose your route by car or golf car. Will make sure to share more of that info in future golf cart ride videos. Thanks!
Thanks! The base price for this golf cart is $9595 before any upgrades and/or taxes. Will share all of that info when we do our full review video in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the suggestion! We just had some delivered today. Stuck them in the freezer and will try them out the next time we go to Publix (and share in a future video).
Thanks! Here is a link to our Amazon Shop with the fan and all the gadgets we have bought for the golf cart so far. www.amazon.com/shop/rvdiem/list/1CLHAG5PDSTXS?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsflist_aipsfrvdiem_Y7VBNPDG6EVDHSE4Y0GH
Just out of curiosity how much battery did you use on that trip? Still a few years from moving there but constantly doing research on golf cars. Love the videos.
I think we used around 30% of our range on that trip. We have been from our house in New Lake Denham all the way up to Spanish Springs and back (42 miles total) and still had 52% left on our battery. Will share more of that info in our full golf cart review video in the next couple of weeks and in regular golf cart ride videos in the future. Thanks!
Love this video..a few questions: with the heat..do most stay indoors during the day(like snow weather ppl would in winter?, what have you found to do) have you tried any classes or activities yet? Thanks 🌴R&A
Thanks! You will definitely see more people out and about in the mornings and the evenings when it is cooler especially in the hotter and more humid months. During the heat of the day there are plenty of pools and indoor activities in the AC. Yes we have tried some but not as many classes and activities as we would like. We still have full time careers and travel for work. But the great thing about TV is that there is always something to see, do or explore and to share in our videos when we do have some free time.
Yes, I’ve been wondering why all of the videos I’ve watched the last couple of days everyone is taking the longer route rather than McNeil to Corbin Trail. It’s considerably faster. 😊
We took that turn and went down Corbin Trail today when we went over to Fenney. It was a little faster. Will document and share the time differences in a future video. Thanks!
We went that route because it was brand new and just opened so we wanted to see what it looked like for ourselves and document and share. We took Corbin Trail today. It may have been a little shorter. Will document and share both routes and times in a future video. Thanks!
Thanks! That app is good (not great) to learn your way around TV. It can seem real confusing at first but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. If you get lost just pull over to the side of the multi modal and someone will always stop to ask if everything is okay or if you need directions.
How long did it take you to get to Magnolia Plaza from Well Point? (I would just look at the time on the video screen except I believe a few sections of the ride were edited out). Thanks
Brownwood is on the same side of the turnpike that they live on, so the route is just directly up Meggison Road, which is actually nicer because it’s a golf cart path the whole route beginning at Sawgrass Grove.
Glad you enjoyed it. Good question! It will probably be longer to get to Brownwood (for those of us down in Lake Denham, Dabney, The Enclave, Citrus Grove areas). Will have to try both routes to Brownwood and share our times in a future video. Thanks!
I think you are correct. We will try both routes to Brownwood and share the times in a future video. It is going to be an awesome way to get to Eastport! Can’t wait for it to open! Thanks!
Good point about the Sawgrass and Meggison route to Brownwood being all multi modal paths. Will try both routes out and share the times in a future video. Thanks!
The Villages app says from our house it is 1 hour and 23 minutes by golf cart (23 miles) or 43 minutes by car (20 miles). We will have to try that out someday! Thanks!
It's unbelievable how big The Villages become. Where did you buy the fan ? Thank you . How far is it to the hospital, doctors , etc??? Golf course or put put golf course on the island. ```` for example I live 2 blocks over to the hospital aka 4/10's mile The doctors offices are in with the hospital , Walgreen's drugstore is only 1 miles. Groceries stores are at least ( depends on which way you want to go to the store ) 4 miles one direction and 5 miles to the other direction and it's where everything are stores, etcc. Everything is considered close , the farthest , The mall is only 20 minutes away.
Yes, TV is Ginormous and will keep getting bigger for the next 30 years. We are excited for the new roads, new multi modal paths and the new retail and other businesses opening in TV. Here is a link to our Amazon Shop that lists the fans. Thanks! www.amazon.com/shop/rvdiem/list/1CLHAG5PDSTXS?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsflist_aipsfrvdiem_Y7VBNPDG6EVDHSE4Y0GH
To keep the villages special they really should limit what they build. Because eventually things will go downhill and you won't have enough crew for maintenance and things to get fixed will double or triple in time. Sometimes exclusivity is what's needed. Not a situation where it's too big and then becomes not unique or special anymore.
There is a Villages GPS app that guides you whether you go by golf cart or car. It’s a life saver when you’re new to the Villages. Relied heavily on it the first couple months, but after that, you get after pretty city-wise and rarely use it again. The app needs to be updated with all the new areas on the other side of the turnpike, including McNeill Dr ☝🏻
Yes. You can download The Villages app and it will let you select directions for either a Car or Golf Cart. It was not updated with the new routes when we filmed this video but it looks like they updated as of today. Thanks!
Thanks for answering. Looks like they finally updated the app with the new routes. We went out for a long golf cart ride today (Fenney area and the UPS Store on Warm Springs). So much quicker and easier to get around TV now. Thanks!
South and west of the Florida Turnpike. Here is a link to their website. If you select the map option you can zoom in and out to see all the land area they own and plan to expand. Thanks! www.thevillages.com/homefinder/?new&status&lng=-81.98934653094778&lat=28.72729799110996&lvl=1

But that is fantastic , so Dabney and Newell are not that inconvenient after all.

Glad you enjoyed it! The new route is a game changer. Hopefully there will be more new roads and multi modals open on your next visit. Thanks!
Thank you for this -- just exactly what we waned to know. We are excited!!
Awesomeness! Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
when we did our life style visit we stayed just down the road from that Publix you mentioned early in the video. We stayed at the Christopher Villas. We ate at Reville (sp) for breakfast and it was amazingly good and fairly priced.
That is awesome! Hope you had a great lifestyle visit! Thanks!
Thanks,
We will be documenting and sharing the new construction updates in that area in the next couple of weeks. Glad you are enjoying the videos. Thanks!
We drove that route by car Sunday and saw the same seco truck on McNeil. Passed plenty of golf carts along the way
Awesome! Huge time saver for both cars and golf carts. We went back that way multiple times this past weekend. Thanks!
Awesome video that new way I a big time game changer
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! New route is a total game changer and lets us explore more of TV.
Did Bexley (sp) back in November to the new HS. Statutes in Spanish Springs, a two hour one way trip . Then we doubled back headed parallel with the turnpike , crossed TP going to Everglades then on to the end of Corbin Trail.
Wow! 2 hours one way. November is a great time for long golf cart rides around TV. Hope you had fun!
golf cart is beautiful
Thank you! We are enjoying it so much!
With Tiffney driving 15 min🫣😂
Hang on I’m so dizzy 🤪😵💫😂
We drove down there yesterday. It’s massive what is planned.
Ginormous! They are moving a lot of dirt in that area.
Thank you for sharing guys. Love your videos.
Thank you Steve! Always look forward to your positive support!
Great info on the new sections in the south.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
thanks so much for the information
Absolutely! Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
Take a golf cart ride to The far northern end of The Villages….
We went up to Spanish Springs and a lot of other places yesterday. All day long trip that I am editing to share later this week. Thanks!
Tiffany, where did you get your shirt? Love it 😁
I just asked her and she thinks she got it on Walmart.com Thanks!
Nice drive! It’s beautiful there. I just saw a Tesla Cyber truck for the first time today and I think it’s ugly! Lol
Glad you enjoyed the drive! Thanks!
Thanks!
Awesome!!!!
Curious how much your golf cart costs?🇺🇸🎉🎊🌺
Thanks! The base price for this golf cart is $9595 before any upgrades and/or taxes. Will share all of that info when we do our full review video in a couple of weeks.
Awesome video great information
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it!
I use an insulated cooler bag with 2 freezer packs. 16 minute ride should be enough for your groceries
Thanks for the suggestion! We just had some delivered today. Stuck them in the freezer and will try them out the next time we go to Publix (and share in a future video).
Another great video! Curious about the fan at the end of the video. Where was it purchased and how did you attach to the golf cart?
Do you have a solar panel on your roof to charge your battery?
Wow
Game changer!
Next time turn right on Corbin Trail. Should be a little faster. Let me know. Really enjoy this videos!
Thanks!
Great video❤how do you know where to drive too? Awh ok I just heard ya Michael The App😅
Thanks
It was probably only 3 or 4 minutes from the Well Point sign to Magnolia. Thanks!
I believe it’s called the Southern Oaks bridge.
Thanks! 👍
20 minutes❤
Good guess! Thankfully it was even shorter than that. Thanks!
Thanks for the tour! Love the new bridge. How long does it take you to get to Brownwood? Does that help with that trip as well?
Brownwood is on the same side of the turnpike that they live on, so the route is just directly up Meggison Road, which is actually nicer because it’s a golf cart path the whole route beginning at Sawgrass Grove.
Doesn’t help to get to Brownwood from Newell, Lake Denham & Dabney, but it will be a quick trip to the new town square of Eastport when it opens.
Thanks!
I want to know how long it'll take you by golf cart to get to the Marshall's HomeGoods combination store up in the Buffalo Ridge Plaza on 466.😊
The Villages app says from our house it is 1 hour and 23 minutes by golf cart (23 miles) or 43 minutes by car (20 miles). We will have to try that out someday! Thanks!
Well , if I would of watched the rest of the video I would of found out. Thanks
No worries! Glad you got the answer. Thanks!
@13:20 Reveille Cafe, Great breakfast spot - love that awesome showpiece orange juice making machine!!
Yes, the orange juice machine is awesome! Will share that in a future video. Thanks!
Correction: The area to the south of Monarch Grove. Thanks team.
Thanks! 👍
My concern about a portable cooler would be theft. Lots of thieves traveling around the Villages. Not necessarily residents.
Hopefully we never run into that issue. Thanks!
It's unbelievable how big The Villages become.
Where did you buy the fan ? Thank you .
How far is it to the hospital, doctors , etc??? Golf course or put put golf course on the island.
````
for example I live 2 blocks over to the hospital aka 4/10's mile
The doctors offices are in with the hospital , Walgreen's drugstore is only 1 miles.
Groceries stores are at least ( depends on which way you want to go to the store )
4 miles one direction and 5 miles to the other direction and it's where everything are stores, etcc.
Everything is considered close , the farthest , The mall is only 20 minutes away.
Yes, TV is Ginormous and will keep getting bigger for the next 30 years. We are excited for the new roads, new multi modal paths and the new retail and other businesses opening in TV. Here is a link to our Amazon Shop that lists the fans. Thanks! www.amazon.com/shop/rvdiem/list/1CLHAG5PDSTXS?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsflist_aipsfrvdiem_Y7VBNPDG6EVDHSE4Y0GH
What was cart drive time from Sawgrass to Magnolia
Less than 14 minutes. Big time saver. Thanks!
To keep the villages special they really should limit what they build. Because eventually things will go downhill and you won't have enough crew for maintenance and things to get fixed will double or triple in time. Sometimes exclusivity is what's needed. Not a situation where it's too big and then becomes not unique or special anymore.
How easy is it to get around and learn how to get places?
There is a Villages GPS app that guides you whether you go by golf cart or car. It’s a life saver when you’re new to the Villages. Relied heavily on it the first couple months, but after that, you get after pretty city-wise and rarely use it again.
The app needs to be updated with all the new areas on the other side of the turnpike, including McNeill Dr ☝🏻
Yes. You can download The Villages app and it will let you select directions for either a Car or Golf Cart. It was not updated with the new routes when we filmed this video but it looks like they updated as of today. Thanks!
Thanks for answering. Looks like they finally updated the app with the new routes. We went out for a long golf cart ride today (Fenney area and the UPS Store on Warm Springs). So much quicker and easier to get around TV now. Thanks!
What direction or part of the villages is expanding south or north in the next 30 years
South and west of the Florida Turnpike. Here is a link to their website. If you select the map option you can zoom in and out to see all the land area they own and plan to expand. Thanks! www.thevillages.com/homefinder/?new&status&lng=-81.98934653094778&lat=28.72729799110996&lvl=1
@@MichaelTiffanyTVE how many acres
Where is the Costco going to be?
The new location will be found on County Road 466 in the lot next Hobby Lobby.
I see another awesome person already answered. We can’t wait for it to open and will make sure to document and share the grand opening. Thanks!
Thanks so much for taking the time to help out with your answer!
No way…….90 degrees and humid.
Where was Nolan?
We had awesome family time with Nolan but he had to go back home (and to work). Looking forward to his next (and hopefully longer) visit later this year. Thanks for asking!
How many hats do you own. Over under is 42..lol
Wow! 42 is a great guess! I just bought 3 more hats on our last trip and then found a
bunch more in our storage unit that I have not worn in years. I will have to count all of them and get back to you in future video. Thanks!
It’s not that difficult if driving on the golf cart with the villages GPS .
Absolutely! Everything seems so confusing at first but it is actually pretty easy to navigate and get around without the app after you do it a couple of times. Thanks!
25 minutes
Good guess! Thankfully it was even quicker!
please check your email, thanks kevin
Hi Kevin! Very busy couple of weeks and behind on comments and emails. We have a lot of emails that unfortunately got sent to our spam folder. Thanks!
