  • This is a video of how I did a quick fork oil change on my Chinese made Orion RXB 230/250 dirt bike. The forks on this brand often come from China with not enough oil in them and the quality of the oil that is used is questionable so it is important to change out the oil to improve rideability especially on rough or technical terrain.
I am NOT a professional motorcycle mechanic so DO NOT do as I do. I may be completely wrong and ignorant of proper procedures. Hire a professional and get yourself guaranteed quality work.

mark your forks when you pull them out and you wont have to worry about any alignment, also are these 735mm forks in leingth?

How long have you ridden the bike after doing this and have you experienced any detrimental issues?

I have put a few hundred miles on it since. No issues at all. Definitely stiffer with quality oil and the correct amount.
