  • Nag crave ako bigla sa bangus..so heto na nga mga momshies, maaga kaming namalengke ni mister para maabutan namin ung suki namin sa wet market, masarap kasi sa paksiw kapag sariwa ang isda. I hope magustuhan nyo ang version ko ng fish recipe na ito.

    PAKSIW NA BANGUS
    Ingredients:
    1 whole large milkfish, sliced
    3 thumbs ginger, julienned
    5 cloves garlic, pitted
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 cup vinegar ( i used sukang paombong)
    1 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 long green chillies
    dried chillies
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    olive oil (or any cooking oil)

    Wow pag madami kaba niluto ndi ba agad agad napapanis sya pag di nilagay sa ref?like ilang araw?

      Yes po, hindi sya agad napapanis. Pwede po sya kahit 2 days na hindi ilagay sa ref. Pero sa ngayon na napakainit ang weather natin, kailangan po sya i-store sa ref para sure po na hindi masira agad ang paksiw. Initin mo nalang ulit kapag kakainin mo. Thanks and have a great day po! ❤️

      Yan po kasi ang nakasanayan sa pagluluto ng paksiw na bangus. Hindi po inaalis ang kaliskis. Pwede rin naman pong ipatanggal ang kaliskis, dipende po sa inyo. Thanks and have a great day ahead.
