Looks great, thanks for showcasing it. Does his top left six pack ab look crooked in person? In the video my eye keeps noticing that it doesn’t line up with the right side ab. But maybe it’s the way the lighting is hitting it.
Would that display base not damage the figure after a long period of time with the legs being positioned like that? Kind of wish I jumped on the regular edition

I prefer a younger Ben Affleck head sculpt because if I display it I want Batman in his prime and thought it was a dumb idea for them not to do prime Batman in B v S since they did Superman in his prime and since they weren’t going to fully do dark knight returns.

hey Justin, please try and check / fix your lighting from above...actually from back/above. I enjoy your reviews, but to me it is always very important, how the head sculpt looks. For example here the Batfleck head, especialy the eyes, wich are so important to give it a lifelike look... i see only darkness. The contrast is pretty high and i think, you could get around it, when you get that light from the back (above) a bit in front. Your cabinets have the lights / LED's also from above / front not from ther back. Please try it.This will make your reviews much, much better! Thanks for considering! Keep it up!
I always turn down the lights when showing the headsculpt to show how the light naturally falls on it and not blow it out. For a closer look at the head itself I show it in the accessories section as well.
Justin, here’s a weird question: you know why you are the BEST figure reviewer on TH-cam? There’s two main reasons for that: 1 - you don’t get emotional when talk about the figures... And most importantly: 2 - you WAIT to get the figure in hands to talk about it; not like those “teenagers-like” guys that spends long periods of time trashing the figure without seeing it in person. Proof of it: the NOT-issues of the neckpiece NOT covering the chest-symbol. This Batman is AMAZING! Probably will be the “definitive” version of the character. Can’t wait to get mine! The only mod that I intend to do (and maybe won’t be necessary) is to paint the bat-symbol with a little darker black paint. There’s just one thing you said that I didn’t understand: if you are giving this parademon base to the Tactical Batman, why you don’t just give it’s base to the new guy instead of buying one on e-bay? I honestly think that it is very close between the Justice league Batman and BVS version....I can definitely say they are hands down the 2 best 1/6 Batman figures that exist at this time. I may give a slight edge to the Justice league version because the legs are better proportioned with the body. The BVS version has really short legs and it reminds me a little of a primate - with a longer upper body and short legs. Again, they are both still amazing though.

A moment of silence to honor a portrayal by Ben Affleck and to celebrate the fact that we now have a Batfleck figure from every appearance from the films up to Justice League. Now about that Justice League Superman that(as I am typing this) still up on the Sideshow website for a August 2019 release. It's gotta be anytime now right? Along with the Infinity War Bucky and Guardians Vol. 2 Gamora.
For how much hate the dceu gets, they have some cool character designs (specifically Batman, the flash, aquaman in his classic orange armor and deathstroke)
DanielMpld to be fair, I haven’t seen that since 2013 in the theater (and I was about 11 years old then), so I can’t really say whether it was good or not😂. I should watch it again soon

Cool review. It's too bad we're not getting Cyborg, most collectors who have had a chance to speak to Howard said Cyborg is a no-go. He did mention Shazam is still alive. But I just REALLY hope circumstances change for a Cyborg release. I respect all the third party people making their own version, but I would prefer an officially licensed figure. I'm pretty picky haha.
I’ve got this figure and it’s not good. The colour IS wrong, it’s a blueish dark grey, it should be medium-dark grey with a denim look to it. Look at the movie scene where Superman throws Batman at that cop car! You’ll see. The bat symbol is not movie accurate, it should be raised like BVS Batman figures symbol. The armour plates are too thin, they should be raised much more The neck on the cowl is too thin. The cape should be a kind of leather look to it. Look at the film or the HT box and you’ll see what I mean. BVS Batman figure is the best.
I still can't get over how saggy his pects look (how low it sits) when he has the affleck sculpt on. IMO they need to shorten the bottom of his cowl to allow his pects to sit higher and darken the bat symbol.
Always liked batfleck, never understood his hate. The base looked really good, but the undersuit on the parademon looked really plain compared to the rest. Figure itself looks amazing, just the bat symbol being so hard to see on camera is a bummer. Like the figures anatomy, and that he doesn't have the low crotch of the bvs one. Articulation seems to be the only downfall to this great looking figure.
I prefer the eleven one. Represents the gritty batman in BVS. His cheeks are sunken cause he lost a lot of body fat for the role and regained it in Justice league. Overall for me, Justice league headsculpt is ben afleck and eleven headsculpt is bruce wayne. nice review by the way

BVS is the Best! You just have to adjust the crotch area on the BVS, add a custom Cape, get him in a natural pose and You are Golden!
