I've been to an OSU-Michigan game at Michigan stadium and you could hold a conversation the entire game. that stadium does not hold sound at all. wouldn't even put them in the top 15.

Those are some great CFB programs on this list with diehard fans so it's all good. Also, South Carolina Gamecocks should be on this list over a few of those.
