That’s where I ran over my favorite girl! She jumped right off the front of the boat, under the boat and hit with the motor by the grace of god not a scratch on her! That’s a great area for white bass when they are running. My stomping ground is the same river out of Liberty. Good fishing all up and down the Trinity!
That's a very real concern for me when I take my dogs. My male will just barely extend his head over the side of the boat BUT my female is ready to "launch" at anytime at anything. LOL.
There's so much more than just a river there, you almost mad3e it up river to my cousins RV park, my favorite place to go cat fishing, absolutely love down there, Bell and Ford go check it out..!!!
Nice video. FYI, You are supposed to cross your safety chains to catch the trailer if it becomes disconnected. It’s safety and state law and also keep your hitch from getting jacked up.
Yea, you are correct. I actually do try and cross the chains when hitching, no idea why I did'nt here. Great observation. I also did not know it was a TX law. Thank-you.
I love the Trinity River it’s very sad to see the trash unfortunately I don’t think it’s people necessarily throw in the trash directly into the Trinity River but the streets that flood bring all the trash in to the creeks and eventually the river
Robert Rod it’s right before the trinity bridge on highway 19 just a little past that small event park on the right side of your heading to trinity from riverside I’ve cought some nice 20-35 pounders on rod n reel and plain silver shad
Awesome videos.. how’s that boat ramp there? I drive an suv and don’t want to slide in 😂 also any tips for white bass fishing and maybe some cat fishing around that area?
thanks bud. the boat ramp at Riverside is shallow. my truck back tires were in water to launch my boat easily. plenty of traction and no worries of sliding thou. Tricky with one person, no pier or dock. But a good ramp. Got no tips on cat fishing there, this was my first time to check it out. I do plan on going back.RR
Great video, been driving Highway 19 for decades between Houston and Crockett, recognize every bit of the area.

Great fresh water catfish in that river. It's minutes away from where my grandmother's property is. We could walk there
It is obvious that you put a lot of effort into this video. THANK YOU SIR

I lived and fished there, I found some 80' deep areas. One wouldn't think the river is that deep

My dad put a trailer hitch on the front of his 69 Ford pickup to make it easier to launch a boat just saying
2 mins from the river
