I love how you always try new things and challenge yourself.
Have you ever tried casting separate parts that are wrapped together?
Try casting a Chain, so that the Links are solid and you don’t have to cut anything off, except for the spruce from each Link

since the cannon is decorative, perhaps only its casing could be printed and save time from printing. After the metal is poured, you can make a hole with the drill and it's the same thing.

Hey man I'm always thinking you should do a video on casting safety and show what happens when you don't preheat a mold and have a steam explosion!!!

Ah man, I thought you were gonna shoot it. I printed out a cannon months ago, but I have never done anything with it. It's good you finally got you some Shine Bright, that stuff works wonders, just got my second bottle today. Nice work on the Cannon, it looked great.

Put a fire cracker down the barrel with the fuse hanging out the small port at the end. Then put a ball in the barrel. Light fuse and see how far the ball goes. Need to cast the base out of copper to give it a sturdy stand. Babam!

Hi @ArtbyAdrock, I like the new dimension you give to the cast with 3d print. Maybe you can cast the Golden Snitch of Harry Potter with Nordic gold? Thank to share your passion with us.
