If you keep your yeast in the freezer it will literally last forever. It suspends the life of the yeast. It will not go bad.
very true. I put mine in a canning jar, so it is tightly sealed, but I can get in and out of it easily. Then I put the jar in the freezer. Yeast lasts many years this way.
@@radicallyforjesus I also keep mine in a canning jar with both the plastic screw on storage lid, but with a flat lid underneath. Always keeps my yeast fresh.

Never waited that log. But had done Walmart pickup for several years. There came a time were. Over half order not there. The last six months we have been doing delivery. Have had some time that it was like an hour delay. At least you got what you needed. Have a great day!
I'm Mimi to two grandsons ages 2 & 4 1/2...I sent them Easter crafts, washable paint makers with 4 wooden eggs as well other things & candy. Watching your kids open their box really made me happily smile. My daughter videoing when they got their Easter baskets with all the goodies I sent. Made my day! This has happened once or twice here at my Walmart in Eastern NC. It is frustrating especially when you plan your day around the pickup, but it is a SERVICE, remember...a free service. I can live through it. I hope your Easter was great!

Watching this video made me laugh because I myself am a Walmart employee and I worked on Easter and that entire week lol. You are the reason I keep pushing an working because of customers like you.
Im an assistant manager for pickup service at a kroger store. I know it's not walmart but easter was definitely a busy busy weekend for us and I'm happy that we weren't as busy as that walmart was but I have been in those situations where we truly were super far behind and had to call ahead to customers to see if we could arrange a later pickup time. I've had customers curse me over the phone but never have I ever had customers act the way that lady was acting towards that young man to my face or any of my other co workers. (Knock on wood it never has to happen) I feel bad for the young man and I'm sorry you had to have that experience with pickup but the positivity you and your husband had was very refreshing 😄 I hope you had a great Easter 🐇🐇

I am a team lead for walmart pickup. I would like to say thank you for being so patient and trying to understand. We have ran behind, but not 6 hrs, I can only imagine they had a lot of people call in

We love those unicorn cakes Grandma sent. I'm so glad I've never had to wait that long at Walmart because I have to drive an hour one way to get to the nearest one. There would be no going home until they're ready. 😂 Poor workers, that's a management issue for sure! That's on the company.
I recommend the bacon turkey bravo from Panera! Or literally anything else! The paninis are great and the salads! You should give it another try :)

The bread goes with the soup. We love their broccoli cheese soup. Ours I thought toast all breads in the panini press. Great place to buy sweets and loafs of bread.

Easter week was super interesting here too. Maundy Thursday was cold dark and windy. Good Friday was cold dark and windy. Saturday was sunny but cool and windy again. Sunday morning was super cloudy. After church there were little sprinkles of rain. By noon, the sun was shining, the wind was just a breeze and the day full of laughter, love and gratefulness. The most appropriate Easter week I can ever remember.

I appreciate that you guys are patient with the delivery employees, they carry out such an important task in these difficult times! They've saved me a thousand times while working at home, I always make sure to tip them for coming at any time in the day, be it sunshine or rain. Blessings!

That was super patient waiting on Walmart and thus very kind of you. Nifty thinking too,by going in to get your goods. Walmart seems to be having a hammering for lack of a better word at this moment of writing. We need to remember,it’s not the young people’s fault- it’s a higher up the chain fault,lack of staff is number1 problem. Although mwhen your struggling like this,wouldn’t it be better to cut down on the amount of pick up slots ,in line with what you got in staff ratio?not only that,they face some horribly nasty people,bless them .

Good Morning and Blessed Day, Maryon Family!! I have a love/hate relationship with Walmart. I have never had any issues with the pickup except for the items that they say are out of stock and I will go in and get afterwards. I live in a small town that has several stores to choose from and I will sometimes avoid Walmart if they have high traffic. I hope that you have a great day!!!!!!

One of the things I've been doing is setting my walmart pickup to the first available slot usually 7am and then pick up when I'm ready. Not sure if it would have helped in this case, but worth a shot for next time.

We had snow come Easter in Belgium! A couple weeks before it felt like we were in full-on spring. The weather being so "fickle" actually has a name here, it's called, in Dutch, "Aprilse grillen", translated that's April's whims. And it's very fitting. We are a country with 4 standard seasons, just FYI.

Good morning. We just got a Walmart pickup. It is very small, it is not a superstore, so not a lot of groceries. I love Sams pickup, been using them since they started. Sorry about your order. More time with Greg, I am sure you enjoyed that piece. Isn't great the holy spirit gave you the patience and grace not to blow up at the runners. It looked like you were in the minority. Easter was 79 degrees here in North Iowa. Hot and sticky! Air conditioner turned on! And was that was until Tuesday. Now we have storms for a few days. April showers yeah!

I used to work for Walmart years ago and it boggled my mind how customers would blame us employees and not management for certain decisions, hourly employees don't have authority to make those decisions. My favorite was: y'all need to open more registers, thoughts in my head, who's gone operate them? Management cut hours. What you see is what you get

My son works for Walmart and they fill the orders and they're all put into blue crates and put into a refrigerator/freezer. So they're ready to go on carts, they just bring them out. I don't know what happened with your situation but that was nuts!

My Walmart is always like that, you go your schedule time and wait for 2 hours with no communication from Walmart. When the young gentleman came out, I helped him load my groceries and gave him a tip. After that I have decided not to shop at Walmart anymore, my problem solved. I understand it's hard to get people to work especially if you get more on unemployment.
Panera has an amazing turkey cheddar sandwich that you can get on cranberry walnut bread and it is amazing!!!

Our Walmart has a lot of employees doing the shopping for orders. They also barely have any registers with an employee. What they do have is a bunch of self checkouts. Crazy!

@@amymaryon lots of running around, this Corona made me loose my job and broke I had to save up because her eyes is bad and especially staring at the computer screen and phone for school making it worst. She's going off to college soon so its definitely had to be done now. Next week I am doing our citizenship then finalize my divorce.. bust April month

Panera is good but I don't love their sandwiches. They usually give a piece of baguette or an apple with soup but sometimes they don't ask which you want. They do have awesome soups and pastries though!
That torte and cheesecake looks delicious. Let us know how they were and I'm interested to know what you think about the Fruity Pebbles creamer.
