I try to journal a bit in the morning. I use pen and paper. Some days I might write throughout the day, journaling style, if I need to process something. I want to get back to writing for my newsletter. I took a break for a few months.
Really like your videos. Your voice and way of speaking is very calming. In my opinion the effect of your voice is even better in the more edited videos. Less distractions. I usually try to write on my phone in the mornings after waking up. Then I feel like I have already done something for myself before I start the daily routine. 🙂
