that is definitely a salted egg, duck egg which is being salted☺️ here in indonesia they sell it almost everywhere. normally we eat it with porridge as side dish☺️, believe me salted egg yolk is sooo yummy and trending everywhere, like they make salted egg yolk pasta, salted egg yolk croissant, salted egg chicken, so much more 😘

You can eat pork rare and medium rare like beef. It's chicken that has to be fully cooked in order to eat it. This looks delights ladies.

Those orange things are actually eggs. I believe chicken eggs that were still inside the hen when the hem was killed and wasn't ready yet. I use to kill chicken with my mum and I see them all the time. Always love playing with them!

Ive never had hotpot, but id love to try it. Wagyu beef thats cut thin like that doesnt need to be cooked all the way. It wouldnt have a good texture.
