I think after you go over the lyrics you should watch the queendom performance. It was for the finale of the mnet show queendom and it went viral for a reason. the other gidle performances are all amazing too.
I'm pretty sure she chose "lion" instead of "lioness" because part of her message in this song is that she is just as strong and capable as any man - she has had to battle a lot of prejudice over her perceived ability to do things like produce the group's songs based on being a woman.
It was made for the queendom show and when their did it on the show, it was awesome. De Lion destacó siempre la nota alta de Minnie, que solo ella puede hacer sin que suene a un grito.
