The main rapper, Jeon Soyeon is really popular aboard, too. Soyeon did really well on Unpretty Rapstar despite her young age, she crushed others with her powerful spit. She also has been chosen last year for League of Legends opening ceremony with K/DA song and now's she's chosen again. So she's really popular everywhere now with LoL

(G)I-DLE is my favourite girl group :) they have one of the, if not the best female rappers, their songs never sound the same, they are self produced and they even help with the choreographys to some songs and they have amazing vocals. The best group.

This will be that one thought that every person who discovers the immense artistry of kpop will have.... then the most they will amount to is that of a casual listener. Only very few groups can capture the imagination of their audiences to this extent. For most, that was BTS. For me, it was Triple H. I have been waiting for a group like them to rise from the ashes. Imagine if they had to watch the live performance haha. I feel like homeboy on the right would get a heart attack at the live high note and rapping haha.
You noticed the clothes they were wearing in the first chorus. There's a story there. In the first half, they were wearing poor clothing, and then 2nd chorus war clothes, and then when they got crowned queen, they were wearing queen-ly clothes. In the live performance, there's a story where a little girl was sneered at by others when she declared she will be queen amidst the war, but she fought in the war and ended up being crowned queen. It's their story in Queendom, the show they participated in for which Soyeon wrote this song for. In the show, they were the youngest group to compete but they were saying they will win and be crowned queens in the war. During the ppt presentation Soyeon did for the concept of the song, she said she wanted to portray lions as being majestic kings despite being caged/hunted, and that queens, despite being female, can be as fierce and powerful as the king lion.
아이들 노래 다 좋아요. 이거만 아니라, 라타타, 한(-), 세뇨리타, Uh Oh 다 대박이야. 모두 다른 컨셉 이고, 리더 소연이 작사 작곡 프로듀싱 까지 했어요👍
이미 전소연에 빠져서 네버랜드(팬덤명)인 저도 이 번 노래 듣고 너무 잘 뽑힌 노래라고 생각했습니다. 다시 한 번 반하게 됐달까요. 자금까지 나온 타이틀 뿐만 아니라 수혹곡들도 좋은게 많습니다. 심지어 커버 무대도 좋은게 많습니다. 시간나시면 한 번씩 찾아 들어 보세요.

Everything they make is produced by their leader Soyeon and now Minnie is starting to produce (she’s made 2 incredible songs). Soyeon is the fastest female rapper in kpop (the best in my opinion) and every single member has a unique charm that makes idle so different. You really can’t find a gg like this anymore💆🏻♀️

Soyeon at the age of 21 she is a composer, producer and writes all of G-Idles song! This is my favorite KPOP group and they deserve the hype around them. They're stage presence is also amazing and they're songs are all different and unique! Jeon Soyeon is the best rapper in Kpop!

The live performance of this song on Queendom I think is waaay better than the MV, which think says alot because even that the video was put together quickly, is still pretty good! The beginning of the song gives me goosebumps as well it is so dark, heavy and even with the low voices grabs your attention.
Soyeon, the rapper is the one who mostly produced this song for the group and she is involved in mostly all of the producing and songwriting, concept ideas, coordinating, along with their in house producer Yummy tone. She also was on Unpretty rapstar before. Check out their other songs and performances when you have a chance. They're a great girl group to follow. 🌹

Shocked you guys have never heard of Soyeon before this haha she's been on Unpretty Rapstar and slayed underground rappers, is in the top 10 fastest Kpop rappers of all time list (8th place, only female), writes and produces all hers and her groups songs, was Akali in the KDA performance for League of Legends and has big international fame.

their parts in Queendom you'll see them most of the time do their music and almost in all aspect they always try to do their own I highly suggest you check their stuff out

First of all i'm a brazilian fan and i praise yours reactions because they are really good
This song was created for a tv show called Queendom. a place where 6 girls groups (Mamamoo, G-Idle, Oh My Girl, Çovelyz, AOA and Park Bom the former 2ne1 member) were doing a lot of songs, choreos, etc. it's pretty dope you must watch it, by the way talking about it, this show was so sucessfull that this year they made road to kingdom (a boy version with Pentagon, Golden Child, The boyz, Oneus, Very Very, ONF, and the rookie group TOO) you must watch it too, and they spoiled at end that it gonna have a continuation soon.
Talking about G-idle, the Jeon Soyeon had appeared in a lot of tv shows, and she was a former member of 4minute with Kim Hyuna, probably you guys had notice it nowdays, but they are pretty dope.
소연이가 직접 프로듀싱했고, 아이들 노래는 소연이가 직접 전부 다! 프로듀싱 해왔습니당 외주 안 맡긴다고 하더라구요!! 데뷔곡 라타타랑 퀸덤에서 했던 라타타 비교도 아이들 매력 알아보기 좋을 것 같아요! 그리고 싫다고 말해도 진짜... 레전드 오브 레전드 그런 호러곡이 따로 없습니다... 리액션 사랑해요

When they say that they're shocked because they don't sound like a typical girlgroup, yaaasssss! I wish for 2020 that people would have a break listening to generic edm/pop songs with heavily electronic dance music driven choruses and would take time listening to these selfproducing artists who show individuality, unique artistry and refreshing new concepts
