    What are the best questions to ask to get feedback on one to ones and your leadership of them

      Thank you for your question. I would use these 2 as they are nice and open, and your team members should be comfortable answering.
      - What could I do differently to make our one-on-one meetings more productive and valuable for you? This question encourages specific feedback on your 1:1 meetings.
      - In what ways do you feel I could be a more effective leader for you? This open-ended question allows your team member to share their honest thoughts and suggestions on your overall leadership style
      I hope this helps you. Asking for feedback is a great way of role modelling that you are comfortable with feedback and, as a consequence, makes it easier to share our own feedback.
