    How can one resolve a Disconnect Cause 22 on CUCM Trace Logs while using AudioCodes SBC for Outbound Calls?

      Sorry mate. Can't suggest without looking at the logs. Send an anonymized log and I would do a community post if that helps you. :)

      @@TrainCollab Thank you for the prompt response. I was able to resolve it. It was a Teams Direct Routing setup. The firewall was dropping packets. Now calls are going through. Thanks though.

    hi guys.i have issue with outgoing call & incoming call ,i checked from CUBE with treacing and i found this msge ""SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable"" some one help me for this issue

      @@TrainCollab Thanks. Will check with them.. It will be very good, if you can prepare a video of SIP Trunk registration to CUBE. That was the only part missing in that 6 videos pack of CUBE deployment.

    Great video...covered almost everything that could go wrong with an outgoing call and how to fix it...just one thing...the rtp command that you ran, you ran it in between the debug ccsip was running..can we run the commands in between the ongoing debug?

      Thanks .. Yes there isn’t an issue. Usually you would do it when the call is connected. Don’t forget to join the FB Group. There’s an upcoming 2 days live training.

      CollaborationLearningSeries what if the customer cannot reproduce the issue and we want to get the cube logs for a timestamp...how do we collect those??

      @@prabhatbhalla If the issue isn't reproducible but occuring intermittently then you will have to create a debug filter in CUBE and log the messages into some syslog server. Then wait for the issue to occur again. If the issue isn't reproducible at all, then chances are very less that you will find such an error unless you have created a debug filter that logs the SIP events in the syslog server. And that would be CPU intensive..
