I am so happy you used fabrics and yarn in your projects in this video! I really enjoy crafting with those materials, but can run out of creative and useful ideas for them. I was so happy when I saw you posted! All of these are beautiful, but the hula hoop one has kind of a boho/Art Deco vibe. (I love Art Deco, and the horizontal lines remind me of the Art Deco Steamline Moderne style.). I’m doing my bedroom with an Art Deco vibe. I think I’m going to do a revised version for over my bed. Thanks for the inspiration!
Just a note about the hula hoop one. If you’re not thrilled with the curves in the hanging yarn pieces, you can either use a steamer to get them straight or hang it over a sink and wet down the yarn and pull it straight, so it dries like that. I did one a piece a while back with a stylized heart and with yarn hanging from one side. I used the wet down method with that one, but have gotten a steamer since then.

Wow! These projects/diy's are STUNNING! Loving the diy with the hula hoop... BEAUTIFUL! What would be some nice colors to make it in for my Twins (2 boys) nursery room that is decorated in nautical themed & the other half is moons/stars ? I'm actually heading to DT today 🙃
Also, have u ever tried the wood stain tins like the one u used from dollar general? I picked up a gray colored stain and a light brown colored stain but haven't tried them yet/actually haven't ever stained anything yet lol

What kind of hot glue do u use? Anytime I've tired working with hot glue it seems to just come apart after a little while so I wasn't sure what kind u use..also do u prefer wood hot glue sticks or liquid wood glue when working with wood diys? 🤔 TY
Sorry so many questions but I'm just starting to get into diy's since I'm a stay@home mom with my almost 16mths old Twins & my 7yr old is back in school now so I have lots of free time during the week days since my Twins are very good/stay busy with playing and learning to walk lol ❤️👬🍼🥰👶🏻👶🏻
We have our glue gun set to high heat and just use Dollar Tree glue. It has worked pretty well for us. It sounds like you're going to have a lot of fun crafting! ❤️
