A comparison between my 3 favorite preamps modeled after actual amp heads. I allows me to switch complete amp sounds without carrying three different amps.
Ampeg Pre is really aggressive and clean/dirty
Aguilar Pre is very clean, tight, and transparent

I tried the EBS Stanley Clark Acoustic Preamp, and it’s very good, I’d love you do a demo of it, you do really extensive work on your demos

Aguilar don't have a cab/amp sims like Ampeg ?

Correct and the Ampeg is using Impulse Responses which are basically the way a bass cab sounds being mic'd in a room
