Je me souviens avoir assisté au démarrage des moteurs qui faisaient entendre un bruit de sirène absolument incroyable...
@Lyzyak I think the Il-86 would still be operational had they been able to swap out the NK-86 engines for PS90 engines--for one thing, it would still be legal to fly into the EU with one! :-)

И все так гордятся! То, что даже четырех движков не хватает для нормального взлета никого не смущает. То, что в принципе не нормально самолет с 300 людьми эксплуатировать вот так, на грани, тоже никого не смущает

2340m are enough for IL86 (HAJ south runway) - I think if completely empty 2000m are enough!

21 год летал и не смущал. Ушёл заслуженно на покой. Не убив не одного пассажира.
У нас с мощностью движков всегда проблема. Грузовики ссср не дадут соврать.
