Single Head Rotary Capper for Bottles & Jars | Clearpack

Here is a recent video of Single Head Rotary Capping of Bottles / Jars containing Agrochemical powder executed by Clearpack . The machine is equipped with Cap elevator, Cap sorter, Cap Indexing for suitable Cap infeed. The capping is done with the help of pick & place gripper. Caps are placed over the jars; once it is done, the servo based capping head tightens the cap at the required torque. After the capping process is completed the bottles proceeds for labelling process.

The #Torq range of RC cappers comprises Rotary Cappers as well as Single Head Cappers capable of handling different types of cap types: Press-on, Screw Cap, Aluminium ROPP Screw Caps, Flip Top, Push-Pull Cap, Dosing Pumps, Dispenser, and Triggers.
The Capping machines are extremely flexible and versatile and can be provided in Mechanical, Electronic, or Hybrid versions suitable for production speeds ranging from 20 bpm to 500 bpm.
Depending on the cap type, the machines are equipped with Centrifugal Sorter, Inclined Sorter, Cell-like or Vibratory Sorters.
The sorter mount is decided in accordance with adapting the layout of the machine to suit the customer’s needs and the number of caps required to run on the machine. The EVO capping series is the Servo Capper solution suitable for most of the complex types of closures and applications that require a high degree of flexibility.
Each capping head is signaled by an independent servomotor that can orient asymmetric caps, apply precise torque force, or rotate the cap by a pre-set number of revolutions or degrees of rotation.

- Single Head Capper is worked out in full Servo (EVO) version for cap application.
- For screw caps, each capping head has a rotation parameter for setting the torsional strength.
- No Bottle, No Cap function is a standard.
- The height of the container is easily configurable and adjustable through HMI.
- Missing Cap Detection with automatic reject on accumulation conveyor by Multipush reject mechanism.
- Misaligned cap detection is possible with Optional Camera Vision.
- Left to Right & Right to Left are both Orientations possible.
- For shaped Flip-top caps and for special caps, it is possible to provide Orientation with the Servo mechanism.
