Lauren Carlini (February 28, 1995) is an American volleyball player. She plays for the United States women's volleyball team. She won the 2016 Sullivan Award as America's best amateur athlete.
She participated in the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League.
She played for University of Wisconsin. While at Wisconsin, Carlini was named as one of the four finalists for the Honda Sports Award in volleyball for both the 2014-15 season as well as the 2015-16 season.
On a club level, she plays for THY.

@@Bisscochitto I do think Poulter sets a faster and more accurate ball to the wings but Carlini sets the middle better. I'm curious about what happened behind the scenes. Jordan Larsen said recently in a podcast that the 12 that made the Olympic roster were the 12 they wanted (and apparently the players had input). Anyway I like Carlini and hope she gets to play in Paris '24.
No Glass is not better Carlini out plays blocks, serves, set faster and is around a better setter. She is one of the top in the world.
