Sandy you forgetting something in rental..... Tenant insurance and for a newcomer it is quite expensive because I m a new comer to Alberta and my apartment tenants insurance is 3 million cad $, which is around 45$ a month, because new comers do not have credit history.
And also make a detailed video for renting out of apartment or basement, because I have experienced a lot of questions and I got answers by seeking help from local community here in Edmonton

Kindly suggest me . I got offer letter from Sheridan College Ontario for TESOL PLUS course. Duration 7 months. I can afford to give the tuition fees but my question is : is it worth it to come to canada for such a little time in September 2023?
Should i wait for another long duration program like masters in 2024 ?
Length of course decides your work permit duration. So I would say get at least 2 years course so that you can get up to 3 years work permit.
