Great and useful video Vincent! Bonaire has always been on my wish list and now it’s a priority- along with being sure to drive down the road from Ottawa to get new gear through WindForce :)
Thank you for the fantastic overview, Vincent. I’ll be there for the last 2 weeks of March😎. I’ll definitely be checking out that food truck at Frans Paradise. Great tip for cheap eats. Cheers.
Thank you very much for great Video! It is clear that you have put a lot of effort into it, and it shows! I would like to ask: How is the "Frans Paradise" club? How is the equipment? do they have variety of sail sizes? what is the wind direction usually? do you have to go upwind sharply? or the winf is 90 degree to the beach? Thanks, Roy
Roy, then Frans Paradise carries Gaastra sails and Taboo boards in all sizes. They also have Futureflyboard in the Free Ride and Slalom range so great boards. They have a ton of gear and plenty of space for it. The wind is side inshore not quite 90 degrees but very close.
Bonaire is my dream place... would you recommend Jibe City or Windsurf place to practice planing and jibes or some other place? (flat water (or not to big waves), strong and consistent wind)
Hi! Awesome video, thanks a lot for sharing!! Do you know how I can get a job in Bonaire? Ideally a windsurf related one! I’m coming for 3 months in December, maybe you know some people on the island? Please let me know and thank you so much!
Thanks! Since I’m not on the island yet, I sent emails to every windsurf center but most of them don’t reply! Do you know anyone on the island that might help me?
Well done and thanks for the best video of seen for visitors to Bonaire!
Thank you so much. These things take for ever to do so I appreciate the comment. Cheers!
Great job , thanks :)
Maybe one day ....
Great video! you really cover it all 🙂

The food truck is great! Not many choices for cheap good food on Bonaire so take advantage of it.

Hi, unfortunately I would not know except for going to the different windsurfing centers and asking if they need help for a few months.
Thanks! Since I’m not on the island yet, I sent emails to every windsurf center but most of them don’t reply! Do you know anyone on the island that might help me?
is there a way to buy an old windsurf gear for a decent price ?
Yes there is a Facebook group that sells used equipment in Bonaire and all the rental places have used gear to sell for sure.
The group on Facebook is called Bonaire Windsurf Gear 4 sale
