음식을 만들때, 직접 기른 채소~ 양파도 양파대까지 달콤하게 먹을 수 있고, 당근도 진짜 싱싱하네요~ 죽순요리도, 가족과 함께 식사하는것도 고향 생각도 나고 뭉클하면서 진짜 좋아요~ 부추전을 싸먹는것도 ㅎ 지금 계절에 쌈채소 풍부해서 행복한 것도 영상보면서 같이 힐링되네요~ 감사한 영상 보고 재충전하고가요~찐힐링

We also live in the countryside here in California and due to the pandemic we decided to plant more food this year. I just made our first lunch from garden last week. and it felt great. Planting is very therapeutic. Love your videos. Thank you for inspiring many. Stay well 💕

This is the kind life I want to live with my small family. Huhu How I wish someday i could have this kind of place.
In Northeast India, we would cook fresh bamboo shoots with pork(adding a good amount of red chilli powder ,garlic and ginger paste ,salt ) and enjoy it... also, we would either fry minari with oil or bake the leaves and stems in hot fire ash for a while and then make a salad adding fermented fish, fresh king chilli and eat it... love the distinct smell of minari ! Anyways, would love to try cooking in your style !💕

저의 어머니가 집에서 먹을 작물을 이것저것 심으셨는데 이번 봄부터 몸이 갑자기 안좋아져서 제가 거들어 드린다고 몇번 밭엘 나갔었네요.. 고작 1~2시간 일했는데도 쪼그려 앉아 일하고 호미, 낫, 삽.. 이런거 들고 일하자니 굳은살이 없는 손은 아프기만하고..ㅋㅋ
농사짓는 분들 진짜 존경스럽습니다.. 계절마다, 작물마다 꼭 해야 하는 일이 있죠.. 시골엔 일이 해도해도 끝이 없는거 같아요..
더운 날도 게으름 피우지 못하고.. 그런 가운데 이런 아름다운 영상을 제작해주셔서 고맙습니다..

É muita pimenta em cada prato. Ao mesmo tempo que dá água na boca, dá receio da ardência.
My mother always open the pot when boiled bamboo. If we do that, the poison in the bamboo shoots will come out rather than we close the pot lid (Vietnamese)

Los mexicanos tambien podemos cosechar . Si tienes un pedacito de terreno o incluso en macetas se puede cosechar cilantro, epazote, rábanos, jitomate, tomate, cebolla, ajo, menta, hierbabuena, cedron , manzanilla etc. Y q decir de frutales, ANIMATE! Y EMPIEZA ya.
