Hi, do you need to select the ntg type at initial installation in the settings or will it detect automatically?
I can't seem to access the settings that you have access to. In the Media menu it shows the Aux USB as unrecognised. I do have an optional for horizontal and vertical, I picked 3 for both as media is third and USB is also third option down but still no luck

Mine is also 5.0 and using the 12.3 monitor,
I have 3 second sound delay, purchased a dsp amp, still sound delay, settings are aftermarket amp and auto aux but it doesn’t pick up the monitor in aux unless the aux cable is connected, can’t seem to stop the 3 second sound delay. Any answers please?
you can ask your supplier 's technician for help, it need to check in details (wire-diagram, settings, etc)

The big power connection with ACC , but it doesn’t need to connect it specifically, all just plug and play . The “ no signal “ is other reason I think . It can not get into android menu ?
