I have a theory that the purple aura kind of thing we saw is another race v4, as it is a battle between dragons and hydra, so this seems the perfect time for them to release the hydra race too... Just a speculation..
@NovaRaylord but V4 aura is bigger not in the feet as well and it's more likely venom because as you can see Venom is a three headed Beast which is a hydra so yeah I think is gonna be venom rework not a v4 race and I have another reason because shafi posted a purple big Aoe space it's a leak for that Glowing purple aura in Zioles feet
