Focus on quality vs quantity to enable the how individuals can look in mirror and see what change they can make. 3. Create opportunity to have no guilt, no shame, no critical discussions for bold courageous conversations. Not just in US the "melting pot" as a leader, but also other countries such as UAE (200+ nationalities) and EU where multiple cultures have integrated far better than US in some areas its global humanity, lets make the best of all countries.
This is a good start. The question at time 7:00 of How do we get people's view included?. Then later question of How do we Assess the current reality? I have some suggestions that can scale and maybe NFBPA and other such committed communities can be a good way to beta test. The concept of making wise decisions based upon the stakeholders at all levels of diversity (i.e. get sustainable connections to primary data unfiltered and containing the emotiins/bias of the source, fill the room with Barbarians as described in book "How the Wise Decide: the lessons of 21 Extraordinary leaders" ) We can do these two in easy to use and scalable way.
