Idli Rice 3 cup
Urad Dal dhuli 1 cup
Methi Seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda a pinch
Sugar 1/2 tsp

One suggestion is that never put salt and baking soda while fermentation process ...put it after fermentation and just before 15 minutes of steaming the idlis 👍👍

Actually measurement we too take the same but my idli is not perfect Dosa is fine
Now from your video I came to know we need to soak and grind separately both rice and Dal
Secondly I came to know
Rice Danedaar pisana hai for spongy idli
