U r right Dwarka me 25 to 30 saal purane flats 2Cr bilkul bekar seapage se bhare hue aur fir usme dubara pura kaam karana padta he to wo 2.50Cr ka pad jata he usse bhi kum me noida me 3-4bhk ke new flats with more facilities mil rahe he. NOIDA is developing faster than Dwarka. Noida is cheaper than Dwarka in many other ways. Grocery, clothes, vegs. Etc. Dwarka me ab koi development ki gunjaish nahi he. Khali business purpose ki cheeje jaise bade park, conference hall, airport, malls, ètc jinka use aam admi ke liye kuchh bhi nahi he. Aur inhi cheejj ka naam lekar log flats ko itna mehnge bech rahe he.
