That's one hell of a haul. I got lucky about 3 months ago at an Estate Sale where I found a bunch of vintage Space, Blacktron, and pirates minifigs, as well as, a complete Train Engine Shed (10027). Considering I paid $67 for everything, 10027 was a major win.
I told hubby that we need to start hitting estate sales... he just rolled his eyes at me, so I think he feels I have enough Lego parts at the moment. :-)
You found gold! I think the lady you bought it from is happy to know it went back to people enjoying LEGO and not wanting to resell it for huge profit.
