    Not bad dude. I would have done it differently but I have two friends that started theirs in a similar way. I like your videos. It helps my assistant on her path. I agree with you on a bunch but not all. maybe we can get a beer together at CBC. You're a good host and the shows are good.

    So happy I found your videos. U recently decided that having my own brewery is my dream. Quitting my job to work for experience is not quite viable. But the videos you have made gave me a much better idea of how commercial equipment operates

    This goes for all the shows...these are the best type of brewing info video installments out there. Good Job. It must have taken a lot of your time. They are organized well enough that your post production is minimized; the speaks to your knowledge and prep. Again good work.

    Thanks for this video in particular. I'm looking into using converted dairy equipment and really appreciated this one. You kind of validated my thought that I would rather start now with affordable system than wait years until I'm able to buy a new brewhouse.
    I'd like to request a vid on the business and sales side of the brewpub.

    Hi Jasper, love your videos! I'm up and running with a 3BBL brewery. I am looking for transfer pumps and wanted to get your insight. Whats the best place for me to get a reliable transfer pump for whirlpool and handling higher temps without cavitation? Your thoughts on VFDs?

    Hi Jasper, Thanks for the video. I bet that stuff is nostalgic. Wondering if you would be interested in getting rid of the grundy?

    Great video! Thinking of going uninsulated MLT myself to start for $ savings (7 bbl).
    Do you remember what kind of temp loss you saw per hour during mash?

      Just insulate it yourself.

    Hello, congratulations on the video, it's very useful. I am interested in buying your old heat exchanger. If this is possible, I am from Argentina.

    what is your equipment for filtering your product and process water?

    • @brewerylife3596
      @brewerylife3596  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the question! I use 2 largish cartridge filters on my main brewery water that comes for our city. The first is a Particle filter to remove rust/particles from city pipes and the second is a Charcoal filter used to lower Chlorine levels. Cheers!
