Let’s give it up to Aj for making all these videos and helping us get faster and entertaining us at the same time. Just because you may not be the fastest and best Supercross racer you still have the best technique in my book and one of my favorites. You have a good future ahead of you just keep learning.🤙🏻👍🤘🏻
Dude, that was awesome. You are out there helping so many riders get better and learn the proper techniques. It's so great to see you in action, having fun, walking the walk. Nice job, AJ. Inspirational.
I'm just having a blast seeing you live MY dream. I wanted to be a racer way back when. Never had the opportunties, but I had fun when I raced! I'll get back into it one day, but until then I can live vicariously through you. Go get em!
Loved this video! The editing, music, etc. was top notch! Really digging this one. Nice job cameraman Cam! And congrats to all y’all on a great night of racing. I love seeing your name on the board each race👍🏼
You have the best support team around you! They will be proud of you and your effort no matter how well you do. You could crash in qualifying and not race the night show and they would be so proud of you for trying! It is awesome to see the love you receive.
Watch every single week die hard fan absolutely. Hang in there A.J. You will get to where you wanna be. Keep doing you and improving, the only way from here is up! Good job. Stay safe looking forward to Daytona tomorrow night. Will be rooting for you. #practicemakesperfect
Charlie Horse (cramp). AJ, no joke, this is not a gimmick, it absolutely works instantly. Drink 5-10 ounces of pickle juice (I use dill pickle juice). It instantly releases the cramp. Keep a jar of pickles handy. People argue why it works, but it's the strangest thing (the vinegar?),,, almost before you finish drinking it down, cramp starts going away and back to normal in 15 seconds or so. I swear. In a larger leg muscle like the cramp you had, it may take 10-12 ounces or so, and it may take 15-30 seconds to un-cramp.. Anyway, GREAT job at the races! GREAT looking gear too! Keep up the good work.
I’m an old guy , been racing for ever. ALBERT, I like your style. Smooth. Great video. And your pit crew’s language has cleaned up some also. I like your crew too. They are polishing up pretty good. You and cam keep working on them. Show off in Daytona. Luke 9:62
I so can relate to cramps. Only mine happens always at calfs. I do get cramps when I minor crashing. I hold my leg and screaming in agony people think I am injured severely but it’s just a cramp. Would be good to learn how to deal/prevent cramps. P.S. English is not my first language so I had to google what’s charley horse meaning, that’s a funny phrase!
Never commented on your videos before even though I truly enjoy them. Seeing you suffering in the van forced me to. I've had them regularly since I was a kid(big growth spurt). As my knees got worse so did they. Bilateral partial knee replacements at 55 took me from 4 to 5 a week down to 1 in 1 to 2 month period. Always blamed myself a little because I should have been much fitter. Seeing with my own eyes a true athlete suffer from it helps in some odd way. Do yours lock up on both ends of the knee? Thanks Brother.
Great riding! Ripped some of those corners. Our trainers (baseball) would give us potato chips, and of course some liquids. Worked pretty well for a band-aid.
Love the videos and it's obvious y'all give the glory to God! Awesome clean and fun entertainment for the whole family.. Your definitely someone kids can look up to, not only for riding tips but life tips.. it's short so just be humble, have fun, and give the glory to the man upstairs. Good luck and God bless
Awesome AJ. Get magnesium for that charliehorse that will do the trick...I promise!! Let's goo!!! U are such an inspiration Aj. Best regards from Sweden. // Jimmy
Superman! What??? You get a million points from me…which is equivalent to a high 5 in real life, but I was super stoked to see you do it. Well done sir! Odd question… how do you grow a channel subscriber wise? I ran across a channel (DadModz) with 600 subscribers, watched roughly 5 of his videos and am dumb founded as to why it’s so small. Super nice guy, cheers everyone on, down to earth. Just curious. No network🤷♂️
Man. I get those Charlie horses too I don't know why. Sometimes both legs at the same time and I can't even walk… Literally. The ironic thing is the only way I can get rid of them is to try and walk them off but you should see me doing it… Lol
The way it looked to me if you could get a better start you’d have been top 5 every Moto! Saw other people making mistakes too, but you were consistently back of the pack at the start, and moto 3 looked like you false started and fell behind everyone else yet still managed to catch up! Keep on working at it man great work!
Theres more than "dehydration" to cramping, and dehydration is a a bad term does he have cellular dehydration or intravascular dehydration. Without knowing what he was taking in it could of been magnesium that he was deficient in. I'm sure you've got loads of classes on physiology and biochem backing that statement up lol.
@@AjCatanzaro hydration starts the week before… for endurance you need cellular hydration which takes time. Hydrating day of or between events is plasma hydration and like trying to fill a bucket with holes in it. Love your freaken channel… epic content
Great vlog and always great to watch but please please give your team that little bit more effort , for my liking your too relaxed and happy on finishing 19/20 ,, there’s more in you than that. Your still young your look back in years to come and wish you had given it that little bit more on race night. I’m routing for you cheering for you every weekend and always watching the qualifying times/ heat races/ main events but getting to the point now I want you to just give that bit more pal. I know your only there having fun but I’d sooner you gave up that main event position for a kid that will give it his all.
Your probably dehydrated and that’s why you cramp after the race. I have the same issue. Took me three years to figure out it wasn’t an electrolyte deficiency, I just needed more water.
whats the logic to letting everyone go off the line thengoing you could probably finish better if you tried to holeshot ? or am i missing somethung ,sorry if im wrong ?
easy answer guys... risk vs reward. you made the main now can you finish the main? that's the goal right now, not passing people. it takes so much effort to make a main that it's no longer about racing for positions, it's about taking that step of success and safely building on it. and the start is really an all or nothing event. when he is feeling it, AJ will try the starts again for real. if more racers would park the ego and ride within their limits there would be far less injuries in the sport.

We all need more driver Jamie’s in our lives. Guys the man.
Agreed! Lucky to have him on our team!
I will subscribe to the Moto Acadamy if you can get a top 10 finish in a main even this year. You have it in you. Great ride.

It never changes for me. I see clips of AJ ride, and that's what I want to look like when I'm on any track. Period.

did you see that corner speed there?! feet up railing it. super job AJ!
Really cool that ando takes the time between races to be your bike mechanic.
Was yelling at the TV for ya AJ. Good ride !
Awesome! Great job AJ! Cheering you on from Austin Tx.
Loved the charge in qualifying. Flying through the whoops and keeping speed to slingshot the corner.
Watch every one of your podcast. Love them
I’m right with you on the Charlie horses. They make me fall off my bed in pain in the middle of the night sometimes.
Congrats AJ! You're super inspiring and that track looked very loose and boosty, happy for you!

The cramp at the end, I can relate. Had me laughing, cause what else can you do? From Tallassee, Alabama, keep up the hard work!
Those charlie horses at the end I can relate. The night of the same day I ever went to the track they were just as bad...
Greetings mate. I know your pops. He's a good man, that's how I found this channel. Nice work man. GODSPEED
Great to see something other than podcast
Cams humor is so brutally Vermont 🤣
Bro the starts! Gotta get a good one
Great Job AJ!!
Happy for ya brotha .
Best Dressed in your class AJ.
Thanks for not killing me on the scooter 😂 great race tho!
Looking great this year 💪
Impressive really for someone who doesn't spend 24/7 training and practicing just for this. To come off the street and qualify is legit.
Charlies horses had that in both legs at same time its funny but not at the same time hahaha
Love this bro!
Great job AJ🤘🤙🏁
Bruh! I’ve been there! I’ve had both quads and both hammy’s lock up on the bicycle before. 😂
Well done AJ 👊🏼✊🏻👍
That Fox gear is sick, get mustard packets for the charlie horses
Drink Pickle juice is what I have heard.
love the vids!
He could seriously start placing more like 13-16 perhaps even better with even a mid pack start. It's got to be terrifying but
I knew the 250 would pay off eventually vs the 450
super pumped for you but man i know you can break top 15 easily.. really think this arlington kind of reminded you that you can be up there to..

Bro you need some electolytes with those cramps! LOL. ReLyte is amazing! I'll send you a tub. It'll change your life!
Your “Charlie horse” is dehydration. You need more electrolytes, specifically salt and potassium.
Yes sodium is the big one for me! So I take salt pills and electrolyte powder 👍🏼

AJ should go practice with Barcia for a few days and learn how to be aggressive
Bro racing xc I understand the Charlie horses they absolutely blow !
Ouch.. those Charlie's in the calf are the worst. More bananas is what everyone keeps telling me
Everyone he passed means more money, so... Let's do it for the money😂😂😂😂
Holy shit Dan Minear! I went to college with him!
Hey AJ, we gotta work on that reaction time my guy, ur not that old🤣
Is your engine still stock aj?
Well AJ did have a 2/1 like he said. However it was a 21. But the Kit was Lit.
Cameraman cam should do a supercross, he’d probably do a lot more better, and he’d be more hungrier in a pro race
Agreed!
More hungry*
9:14 slowest reaction time ive ever seen

A cup of pickle juice before the race and practice and that will stop .
