People were so respectful when asking if he needed help and if they could hold his arm etc, it really restores your faith in humanity to watch videos like this because although we all lead busy lives people will still assist others that may need help. As a recent visitor to Korea for the first time I witnessed a lot of this respect and kindness, one of the things I liked was the many seats reserved on buses and the subways for the elderly, those with disabilities, small children and pregnant people, and these seats were kept for those categories and never abused by others even at really busy times. It’s really nice to see.
I love how they ask for permission before help him cause from wht I've been told, some of them might be uncomfortable abt touch and there's a certain rule in helping which is the blind person should gain control over his grab like they need to be the one who put their hand onto the arms of ppl who help so they could stabilise they own body..I'm not sure abt the rest thou..pls correct me if I'm wrong..
Asking for permission is so important! I´m not blind, but I´m in a wheelchair and it happened waaay too often, that people wanted to push me across the street, while I was just waiting for an Uber or a friend and were offended as I stopped them😅 Helping is so kind and sometimes I really need help, but without being asked it´s super uncomfortable for me
@@sanni1855 yeah, kindness was good but somehow ppl were just unaware tht the unfortunate ppl doesn't mean they aren't normal..for me, I'll just treat them like how i do to others around me, with respect as human being and if i see they seems struggle somehow, I'll ask 1st if they need any help cause tht how we respect their feelings.. we aren't supposed to treat them with a mind of they couldn't do it..For me, you represent the strongest ppl since you don't stop to be the best of you and strive to live for a better life..may your life and all ppl around the world was full of happiness and blessings.. 🤗🤗🤗
I don't like to touch others without their permission so I usually wait for them to initiate or ask if it's okay if I hold on/help direct them somewhere. One of my friends is blind, and watching this video made me realize that she always holds onto my arm first when we're walking together.
Really admired not only that people helped but how they helped him. Asking for his consent (not just grabbing him, asking if he wants help), telling him everything they were doing (to hold his hand, when they finally crossed). It really goes to show that it’s not very hard once you learn how to treat people the proper way. I know some people may be reluctant and don’t help at all, these small things are easy yet make a big difference
Wonderful video and thanks again for showing us that there's still kind persons in this world 💜 The young lady in her bicycle who helped him really melt my heart, she left her bicycle in the other side of the crosswalk and keep on walking with him and she didn't even return for it 🥺
How painful and sad it is and breaks the heart not to see anything of the beauty of life and how difficult it is for him to spend his day because he does not see anything. I hope that every person who suffers will have love and something to compensate him for this pain and loss

Most loveliest thing was they ask him before helping. They ask him whether they should let him hold their hand. That's such a sweet thing.
