Haha my bad! Bg3 demands a bit more attention than other games and currently that attention has been going into building a 3D forest for my actually DND game unfortunately. Got a good chunk of free time coming soon though so hoping to get quite a bit further soon with it. Tempted to do some recordings of building the DND campaign, 3D printing takes so long it feels like I should be using that time for the channel at least.
One thing I will say, SHADOWHEART in her default set up (her being a Shadow Claric) is quite powerful and Flexable! (particularly at higher levels) Depending on how you set up her spell book of course. Healing? She has it. Support Spells? She has it. Badass Battle Spells? Yup she has those too. But OH BOY, deciding on what to choose is the hard part. Anyway, if you look hard enough around this Area you should be able find Every Companion/ story Character in some place or another. Except the Dark One..... they are "special". "I want a little squirl companion", Well... I wouldn't know about a squirl, but their is a spell for animal companions. Speak to Animals is a pretty good spell to have if your looking for some Humor though, the Animals have some pretty funny things to say.
I’m still looking into spells as things have changed a lot in dnd in general for spells and seemingly even more so for BG3. Glad to hear shadow hearts good, genuinely thinking of keeping her as a main for the versatility. I messed up with the pig not activating the spell before hand, I figured there would be an option during the dialogue section. Also noticed while editing that I was barely using spells in general, need to get used to the whole “a short rest to replenish spells is fine” idea.
@@BroughtToBear Some Abilities will reset on short rest (world rest), others will require a Long rest (Camp rest). Magic Charges really make you think about what spells you use and how often you use them. But yeah Shadow Heart is Awesome, even without Tinkering her. Plus.... hehehe, thanks to her "faith" she even has a little bit of Necromancy. (spoilers? Nah.... not quite.) But feel free to Try all the Companions. The 1 annoying thing about CO OP is you take up a Party slot, which means less Companions. (my buddy and I where playing Co Op and well.... Shadowheart was the Medic/Support) Speaking of Necromancy would recommend, it's FUN. Obviously, you have the Minion Summoning classics (skeleton archers, Basic Zombies) among other things and can even talk to the dead (useful in some cases). While you can't exactly Summon a HORDE sadly.... IF you can get the Zombies to "prep" kills, you will quickly have a Zombie horde on your hands. Zombies when they attack something, it Infects them and if they DIE while infected they become a newborn Zombie, for "balance" reasons though they slowly decay over time though and are quite weak (10 hp and they take 1 Necro damage a turn). I forget what exactly happened but, I think I ether used Shadowheart's Necromancy or a scroll of Animate Dead and I managed to get like 5 or 6 Zombies During one of the boss fights.
Finally, it only took 90 days :3
