i think most hermes SAs really respect when you don't just buy the bag because resellers make so much money!! I rejected a quota bag once, and I was offered a SO shortly after. SAs just want the bags to go to people that will love them!

Ostrich is my favorite exotic. But I think you will get what you want. My favorite is that lizard bag, a little towards the olive to my eye.

I think you made the right choice. At that level of cost I don’t believe in compromising. The right bag will come along, either new or preloved. I love your lizard Kelly, it is stunning. I’m not a fan of ostrich leather. It looks like it has smallpox.
Green is my power colour too. I have lots of clothing items in green and my favourite jewellery pieces are green Tahitian pearls and emeralds. I have one of your Lilysilk blouses in emerald green too. I hope you can design some more green pieces for them.
Our SA offered a Kelly 25 in Magnolia, but we rejected it as it doesn't suite our taste (i.e we also genuinely like Hermes and not looking to resell). The very next day he offered Rouge H Kelly 28 and we took it! So I agree choose what you like

Yes that ostrich green Birkin is beautiful, but I think you have enough green bag to make u happy at the moment. I think you want to add more colors or maybe your waiting for a box leather or Himalayan leather. Either or...whatever makes u happy 😊
That emerald green lizard Kelly is stunning, it stands out by itself on that shelf,definitely a gem. If it was mine I'd wear it everyday with jeans and sneakers just as I'd a Longchamp le pliage. Live it enjoy it and let it be your everyday bag green suits you so much. And that green Constance is so beautiful OMG I would alternate between the 2😊

I think its totally ok to reject the bag when the price is almost as expensive as a car/house. So just buy whatever you like the most most most!

You can try Proenza Schouler bag in sky blue. Lower price point and very functional. I got 1 PS1 in baby blue and so in love with it. Very faint blue almost like white but and see tint of blue colour
I don’t name my bags, but I did make one exception - for a small trunk in lizard. I named it Lizzy - cause, well, lizard 😉, but also because I love Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice.
Your Miss Malachite bag is the colour I like. Having said that the Moynat green is great too. I am a green girl, in case you wondered. I do have a range of colours I like. It makes it harder when you shop.

its crazy to me that someone would have issue with a person declining to spend their hard-earned money on something they do not want, the concept of saying yes and taking a bag on the upward of 20K that they didnt want. Miss me with that, Im not a luxury authority, I live vicariously through you ladies, I dont have a Birkin budget but what i do know is I work very hard for my money as do you, so spend your money on what you want, not to gain "favor" with these brands , Trust me.....your 20K is worth pennies to their billion-dollar company, Enjoy.

I declined on a beautiful Ostrich Constance 18 and it was definitely the right choice! It was beautiful but in a dark purple that just didn’t feel like my style. It wasn’t far from my power color though-lavender/lilac! I think had it been in a light purple I would have ahead to say yes. Thank you for showing us your beautiful green items, Mel!!💚
