I just keep my fingers crossed so that Blazor Hybrid will get the same RenderMode functionallity as the web version. Some components can only work in WebAssembly (like some complex drawing, maps etc) and having the option to just quickly mark a component to run in WA and still be able to hook into events and props would be AWESOME
Platform channel is very cool thing to add it will remove the requirement of creating bindings and can communicate in a language which library understands. I am very familiar of this concept from flutter You just required very basic syntax knowledge of java and swift and that’s all Great to hear this
It may take me a few years to go back to xamarin/maui. I have really enjoyed ionic and angular. I just dont understand why maui had to be LCD UI. Why not build on top of the drawing frameworks all these systems have and build a UI from ground up. It would be a true cross platform ui for desktop/web/mobile.
Sorry but people not seeing bigger picture this was pushed from day 1 a tew years ago to day 3 last show only one customer to praise them on live and one brave enough i love idea if maui but ten developers is not enough

UNO does just that.
Avalonia also does that, they are even working on Blazor Hybrid support!
@@IvarDaigon wow nice. Thanks for the info. I hope it gains ground.
Just tried 8.0.0-preview.4, cools stuff, but there are more than a few bugs :D I'm sure by release you guys will have it figured out.
🎉
if it's so good WHY you are not using your own technology instead of Electron???? For example Microsoft Teams doesn't use MAUI, what stupid thing !!

interesting enough to not care about as long as it is C# exclusive! add python to the mix or let it die as fast as possible!
