Little tip to you Eric,
Number 5, if you're running away from someone and you are about to enter any building,
just use the door and your character will run towards the door and will close the door,
if the door gets magic-walled, the door will close and remove the magic wall.
This works pretty much all of the time because the person behind you can't stop your action as you're running away from him unless you get paralysed.
I have to say, this Tibia channel is the only one that makes sense, been watching for a while now and always find it interesting. Great job mate

He semi has one of those videos. If you look through the videos he has made, there is one about starting a new server and being the top level. It doesn't go quite in depth for a new player but it definitely shows you how to start a new server and pg to be the top player
making a video that shows what quests to do, where to hunt (remember it's their first time playing tibia so easy places), maybe a guide that shows how to play up to level 50 or a 100, I'd say after 50 they should get the hang of the game.

Good job Eric! Also, you forgot to tell people about the Aol + Twist of Fate. Days ago I had a discussion with a guy in a Tibia Livestream. I was telling him you could buy Twist of Fate if you had an Aol, even if you don't have full blessings. He kept calling me noob. I told him twist of fate prevents of losing Aol. He said I should learn how to play Tibia. Sad...
Ah yeah, I never use that but it is definitely doable. That guy is a noob :P

I have played this game for about 16 years but never been high level or PVP:er, would love some more "simple" pvp tips since I get hunted from time to time
Hey man thanks for the video. I am new to tibia and was wondering how do you do all the moving and hotkey spamming while hunting or pvp? I have my left hand on the hotkeys and switch with my right between mouse and keyboard. is there a better way? keep on with your content! :) oh and, do you stream via twitch?
You need a gaming mouse, or at least a better hotkey setup than the default F keys to be able to GFB, heal, and move all at the same time.
I have a gaming mouse but I just discovered that there is "AutoHotkey". To work with the F1-F12 Hotkeys is very painful. Thanks for your advice Eric! Maybe you could make a short Video about Hotkeys and share your Hotkeys with us? :D

What do you think about making more pvp tips videos, but more focused in vocations/situations?
I think that would be great. I played a lot of Tibia back in 2004-2009, but now I came back and I'm really outdated on a lot of things. I've been pging, and now I'm starting to pvp, and there's a lot of things I wanna know but can't find info anywhere. And most eks I've been I don't feel like they would be able to help me. I know you're a main ms, and probably don't know a lot about EKs or RPs pvp "secrets", but I'm sure in your team there'd be awesome EKs and RPs that could give awesome tips! Would be awesome to know them man.
For example, I feel a lot of times "useless" when I cant get the spot next to the enemy, and when we need to kill him fast, theyre counting and I'm like "exori hur" -.-' and a lot of times I don't even have range... Maybe there's some rune, like explosion back in the day, that could still do a decent ammount of damage in those situations.. idk..
Anyway, sorry for the wall of text. Keep up the great job dude!

Eric, I would love if you could do a video on where a 170+ MS can profit best with decent exph as well. Sometimes I struggle to make any profit while hunting solo.

Back in the old days I was so good at it that I could push them and SD them without them getting out of it nor heal. You could time the UH but most of them completely paniced and died.

I have a random question it's not realted to your actual video. Do you know about a random hit in the oramond raids under the factory?
Yesterday a friend and I died 2 times with this random hit (800-1000) the messages doesn't show any player or monster who did the damage (You lost 1000 hit points.), also the kill says it was earth and by a trap.

Hi, Eric! Thanks for all of you videos! I was wondering if you could make a video that includes tips for specific vocations. For example, a video about how to run and aoe as a Mage. I've always had trouble jumping from the mouse to arrow keys to hotkeys. Thanks!
Running and AoEing is 99% hotkey setup, which for most people involves a gaming mouse. With the new customization of hotkeys on the Tibia 11 client you may be able to find something that works for you though.

last tip: can you use two different potions one after another to make better trash under you (two different empty vials wont stack)?
You can! That's a good idea if you really don't want to be pushed.
by the number 5th you can try to put a piggy bank in the floor, then some potions, or 2 kind of potions, and use 1 & 1, 'till the troug or pot of plants is complete covered, this way you can do it anywhere in tibia

Hey Eric, I have a question regarding boats, sometimes the boat npc can get really close to the bridge. Can you use the boat service? and if so, will you be teleported to the ship or to the bridge?
You can as long as you aren't PZed. You'll be teleported to the other town's boat as usual.
what if you are PZed?
They'll tell you something like "Wash those bloody hands off before you come on my ship!"

You really just have to hunt profitable monsters (depends how low we're talking). I am interested in making a guide on how to make money without having to hunt though.
I think the best monsters to hunt for me now are the mutated humans, i'm lvl 43 btw with not that great skills. Or do you have a better suggestion? And a money making guide without having to hunt would be nice, thanks
Jarin Wouters Yeah, Mutated Humans are pretty good profit at that level. Tasking would be decent profit too like Carniphilas if you looted something nice off the boss.

Fun Fact: To reduce the "Para Push" effect, use speed set, mount and time ring and the paralyze will be much lighter and you get to heal much sooner.
This is interesting. So by what you said, is a paralyze some sort of speed "tile" of its own? Or is it at low levels that you have speed boosts very close to each other? I've never checked the speed value while paralyzed, but you're making me wonder if there are "paralyze" speed boosts that having speed items on would help you reach, or if just having higher speed helps with paralyze because there are a lot of low level boosts. Hmm...
i use this trick for war and it definitely helps with the paralyze, you walk a bit faster than wearing no speed set and time ring at all, also the exhaust when you're pushed while paralyzed isn't as bad. but yeah, it's interesting and maybe there is a speed tile :o. you should try speed set + mount + time ring and have someone paralyze you and try walking around with the speed stuff and then without so you can see the effect
As a PVP lover (although I used to play mainly OTS for that), I didn't know for example trick with magic wall on the entrance to undergrounds. Why? Because it doesn't work on 8.6 :P I also don't think that moving a guy 8 sqms AT ONCE is possible here. I tried 2 sqm push but it wasn't that fast, and one guy had to do it slighty later than the second one, or he didnt get pushed. I'd like also to add to these tricks that if someone is flooding items under him, desintegrate won't work on 8.6 (it deletes one item) - then just use firefield on him, so that you can push him behind.
Both the magic wall trick and the push trick work because of one thing Cipsoft changed. I don't know how to explain it, but it's like the way you interact with objects. You can hold a push nowadays and hold the "use" of a sewer grate and it will still work, whereas you couldn't do that back in the day. I think it was made to combat people auto trashing themselves because if you attempted to push someone and they threw a worm under their feet, it would cancel your action which made botters in war extremely hard to push.
Yeah, it seems nice then. I did a little testing now (8.6), and yes, if I release the push AFTER someone puts a trash under him, it doesn't work. But if I release it before he "trashes himself", it will work. So it's a little harder due to quick releasing than nowadays, but still may work. Although the trick you've shown in modern Tibia can be very mind-blowing. Imagine m-walling the entrance, waiting like 10 seconds to clicking "use". People would be like whatthefuck :D

hello, this is a bit off topic but i mained knight for years now im playing ms im lvl 59 and im going broke..is there a place to profit as ms this lvl? seems any hunt is waste :X also must be solo profit ..beneva is a pretty dead world..i havent had one team hunt yet
On my case, I simply log on my knight when I want to make money (but I'm a dinosaur who goes to dwarf maze / dwarf hell and makes lootbag). I guess it has with knights being so confortable to profit for me, but I think that a lootbag on Mintwallin/Barbarians/Dwarfs would be a possibility for your character

I didnt quite get the double push. I mean, at 8:02, you are not able to touch the final sqquare, and you still pushed her 2 sqms diagonally. How so? Great vid anyways, as usual ^^
Well if she was standing south of me naturally I would be able to push her there, so when Mister Swee pushed her south my push grabbed her and pushed her southwest again.

The pushing system was different back then so the double push, magic wall sewer grate, etc. probably wouldn't work.

Before the dawn of current potions and spells.
Druids ONLY role was wildgrowth and para.
Their "UE" only made you poisoned and dealt no additional damage.
They were trash, but the para push was their 1 ultimate attack x]

I've been playing since 2003 and it depends on your goals whether you return or not. Personally, I'm starting to believe Tibia PvP is dead and that the only fun left is RPGing.
