I never used it for myself but planning to get carnelian for my 90 yo grandfather who's been in bed for the past 8 years and feels very low and tired of living. Hoping it'll help him to feel a little better.
For your grandfather, combine the stone w/ things like trips outside , fresh air, flora & fauna is great for one's mood. When my uncle was bed bound, he'd look forward to me reading to him, ( his advanced glaucoma made it impossible for him to read to himself) He especially enjoyed books about old time movie stars. I often played his favorite music. Most of all, interaction w/ people are very important!💚😊 My mom is almost 100, I try to keep her mentally & even physically stimulated as much as poss.

I like so many different gemstones, but in the last few months, I fell in love with Carnelian and also red agate and orange striped striped agate. The irony in this is that I’d never thought I’d be so attracted to this stone, so it almost feels as if it chose me! My second favorite stone is rose quartz, and I’ve just ordered some green aventurine (I’ve heard good things about it). But carnelian and rose quartz are my loves! 😍 I’m a Scorpio, by the way.

I love carnelian, I have a beautiful pendant and a beautiful palm stone. I don't know know why but it brought my cycle down and ever since then I've been scared to work with it.
I'm intermittent fasting and went almost 20 hours between meals and I had to prepare dinner but had no energy. I ate a bit to break the fast but was feeling a bit faint. I was looking up which crystals would bring me energy and reached for my carnelian. Well, that did the trick. I sat for a while holding it to regain some strength then put it in my pocket. I was able to make dinner without having to sit down again. I drank water and that helped too. You were right on with your assessment of it.
Found it good as an antidote to my mother in laws thoughts. Lol. But seriously, most negative thoughts projected at you come from their lower chakras so it makes sense to wear a lower vibe stone for protection.

Just bought a carnelian ring. Was looking for a Moldavite ring but was not available, just had an AHA moment while I was shopping for other options with my Carnelian ring. So now I’m eating while watching yt vids about this stone. This is the first vid I chose, while watching left hands with the said ring had a bit of a cool sensation, had to put my right hand to the-same area just to check of it’s a small breeze, three time. Seems like it’s just the hand with the Carnelian. So just had to write a comment.
As a musician, I’m wondering if Carnelian would actually help me. I am an improvisational composer. I just recently bought a carnelian tumbled stone. I’m wondering if maybe I should have it in my pocket when I’m composing improvisational music. I know I can hold the tumbled stone while singing. But maybe when I’m playing the piano, I could have my carnelian stone sitting on top of the piano. Or if I’m playing a tongue, drum, or any other percussion instrument, maybe I could have the carnelian in my pocket, or have it sitting by the musical instrument to help me even more. I also hear carnelian can help with emotional trauma and abuse of any sort.
It's fine to wear, it's just not going to have a very strong, focused intention, because you have a mix of various different stones that stimulate a wide variety of aspects. Did you have a specific intention in mind when you picked those specific stones? 🙏🙏

Carnelian is the most powerful "action" Gemstone. It's a known fact among all gemologists. Alongside Citrine and Kyanite, Carnelian does not need cleansing. It also "cleanses" other gemstones. It's a must have gemstone for anyone.

I bought three healing stones. I can not remember their names. One is Rhodonite l, this one came with a card. I bought 2 others in which there were no description cards but bought them as there was a description of them in the shop. I come home and have forgotten what they were called. I am going by looks, I know it's not right to meditate to a different stone. I think I have a carnelian but not sure. How do I know. ?
When i got mine and set my intent and put it on i immediately and i had a dizzy like headache than after 15 minutes it stopped. Anyone know what that mean?
